Ultra Heating and Air Conditioning

This is the first time I have ever been inspired to write a review5 stars Excellent service. A human answers the phone and takes your information. The owner (Steve) calls and listens to your issue. The time of service was accurate and same day (within 2 hours)! Steve also phoned when the technician was on the way. The technician (also named Steve), examined my furnace, listened to what I had already tried, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He had the part in his truck. It was a simple fix (but one an expert should do). He took care to show me the broken piece and asked me to observe that the unit was functioning. He then put everything back together and cleaned up after himself. I will 100% use this company again and recommend them to my friends.
