We had a good experience shopping for a washer, dryer, and dishwasher here. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained differences between manufacturers and models. We purchased all three appliances, but on further study I was able to find the dishwasher for 5% less elsewhere. They couldn’t match that price, so I cancelled that order, but I was sorry to have to do so. Delivery and Installation of the washer and dryer were very smooth, and we have no complains thus far.

Highly recommend John Maas if you have any questions regarding your kitchen design or layout. John provided invaluable guidance and demonstrated his incredible knowledge and expertise in this area. He is a consummate professional and asked me questions regarding how I use a kitchen that would have never occurred to me! His recommendations resulted in a much improved kitchen layout and flow, based upon my individual needs. One size does not fit all when it comes to kitchen design!
Ask for John if you’re thinking about a kitchen remodel. He is the best!

Just purchased a ton of new appliances for a kitchen remodel and have to say it was the best buying experience ever. The sales staff were very accommodating and helped me write up an order prior to their annual sale so that it could be purchased during the sale without any hiccups. Delivery was exactly on time and the delivery crew was both polite and helpful. They made sure to clear things out of the way and were courteous through the whole process. The warehouse ran out of the wall hood we purchased so they gave us the newer model for the same price without bothering me with the minutia. Great service!!! Let’s hope the products are just as great!

Great knowledgable and attentive service. Mike listened to what we wanted and found options in our price range and unique size needs. Easy, great value and best service we have had anywhere.

Bad service. The sales man doesn’t tell us anything about the washer vibration possibility, and when we call them they never helped us. We found out later that our brand washer has a 30 day 2^nd floor vibration guarantee, and we found it out on the 31^st day. Later, We called Electrolux customer service and they offered us many helps. When AlbertLee delivered our dryer, the dryer door was scratched. They told us that they will replace the door for us, but it has been a month, and we still do see it, even we called them several times. I will not make any future purchase at Albert Lee anymore. I will go back and stick with Home Depot, Best Buy who provide much better customer services!

Snobby terrible customer service. We went today to buy a downdraft ventilation for the kitchen. After being passed from salesperson to salesperson, all of whom seem very disinterested, we were repeatedly told how expensive these appliances were and how we should be careful because the cost adds up fast. The first one we were shown is our current one, which is broken and we do not want. It has design flaws. Again we were told how expensive these can get. We were finally shown one by Wolf. When we remarked «hey that’s the brand of our current stove» the salespersons attitude suddenly changed, and the «expensive» comments stopped. Now that they we knew we likely had the $$$ to buy their «expensive» products, their attention, demeanor, and attitude changed.
We are an easy sell. We are replacing a broken appliance. Snobby customer service guaranteed I will never spend my money in their store.

6÷30÷2014 — At the end of June, it became clear that I needed a new dryer. Because I’d recently bought several major appliances at another store, I started off there. I had such a unhappy experience with that store (in fact, at THREE store locations on the same day) that I decided they weren’t getting any more money from me that day, so I went to Albert Lee where I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked how they could help. Within a few minutes after that, I was joined by a knowledgeable and friendly sales person. About 5 minutes after that, I had written my check and made arrangements for delivery of my new dryer.
10/​24/​2014 — Update: I needed a new washer, so yesterday I made my first stop Albert Lee. I dealt with the same knowledgeable and pleasant sales person, Geoff, who had helped me select the dryer in June. I had the same great experience: I was immediately greeted with a smile and an offer of help the minute I walked in. Geoff happened to be free at that moment, and I honestly think it was less than 10 minutes before I walked out of the store having chosen, paid for and arranged delivery for, my new washing machine. Attention competitors: This is how it should be done.

It had been years since my husband and I needed to purchase appliances. Until last month, we didn’t have the need. But then both our refrigerator and washer broke down and it was time to invest.
We visited Albert Lee in Lynnwood with a set budget. When we walked in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to have the manager Ken help us out. He was great at directing us to quality appliances that both fit our budget and had features my husband and I both wanted. I honestly didn’t think we were going to be able to replace our fridge and washer, and then also replace our dishwasher. Their prices were great.
Everyone at the store was patient with us as we decided on sizes, brands, colors and features. There were so many options. And after making the purchase, we even received print outs of appliance specs to make sure we had everything prepared for delivery (we had a concern about sizing).
Delivery was very easy and it happened within just a couple of days. The delivery went smooth and the delivery reps were fun and professional.
Overall, we had an excellent experience at Albert Lee in Lynnwood. We find ourselves always referring them to our family and friends.

I have been to Albert Lee several times over the last couple of months and have had fabulous sales help from Kevin Eddy. I spoke with him several times to help determine whether or not I should go with the GE Café or Profile Series. He asked lots of questions and helped me determine what features, etc. I wanted versus what he wanted to sell. I started with the GE Profile and halfway through the process switched to the Café series. He was wonderful! He just wanted me to be happy with my new kitchen and I really believed him.
We worked out my delivery and installation schedule. There were a couple of minor changes due to my contractor requests and even those were accommodated very graciously. The delivery guys/​installers that I have dealt with are just as good! They treat me and my home with respect and care.
In the last three weeks I have purchased all new kitchen appliances, a washing machine and two pedestals. (I think that my laundry room was feeling neglected.)
My experience has been fabulous! From coming in there door and being greeted by the receptionist, to working with Kevin to find the right products for me, to the actual install and delivery.
I have bought appliances at other places, but the service I get during the whole process will keep me coming back to Albert Lee.

In the past 7 years I have replaced just about every appliance in my home and every one of the replacements came from Albert Lee simply because the prices are just as good as anywhere else but the sales and customer service is fantastic.
Recently I was looking for a new range and it was between the BlueStar and American range. I ended up choosing BlueStar for the open burners and the fact the manager of Albert Lee has one and had nothing but praise for the range. Prior to purchasing, I did my research and the main two issues with the BlueStar were the heat from the range and the door not opening or fitting correctly. When I talked with the manager he said BlueStar had made door changes and he did not have any of the issues I had read about. So with this info I went with the BlueStar.
When the range was install I thought I checked everything prior to letting the installers leave but of course as soon as my wife came home she said the range door was not level. I checked and she was right. It was not that it was not level but that the left upper corner actually was farther away from the body of the range than the right. So the next day I called my Albert Lee sales person, Michael Hull, and he put me in touch with Customer Service right away. I got a call back the next day from a BlueStar support person and they asked me to send them some pictures of the issue. Within a day they had ordered a new door for me. Over the next two weeks, the doors are custom made, the Albert Lees and BlueStar customer Service people kept checking with me and kept me up to date. When the door finally came about 10 days later, I replaced the original with the new on and that fixed the problem instantly.
Michael Hull and their support people at Albert Lee were great because they made sure that the appliance I purchased was right and I was taken care of. Hopefully I will not need any appliances for a while, but when I do, I will go back to Albert Lee.

You know, I really expected excellent service here. I did not get that.
Hubs and I went in to look at new gas ranges. We were greeted by the receptionist when we walked in. Then a salesperson near the ranges. We were in the store for about half an hour and saw two stoves we actually did like (one of them we ended up buying at another store) and no one came back to check on us. I like low pressure but that was a bit much. I guess you have to go in dressed up or look like you’re going to drop a load of coin to get help here. Too bad because we were ready to buy.

I went in to get vacuum cleaner bags. They greeted me nicely and asked if I needed help. All was great until I tried to spend my $ 15… It is RIDICULOUS that they would need all my info just to buy bags. If I was spending 10K on a fridge then it would make more sense. I will never buy anything here.
Editing to comment back to you. I don’t need you to remember what kind of vacuum I have… I wouldn’t have returned and if was a problem you could have written on the receipt «NO RETURNS» and I would have been fine with it. Bad customer service all around and I stand behind my 1 star rating of your business practice.

This place is a joke. I went in and waited for 15 minutes and not a single person acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. I counted 6 sales people there and 2 of them were not with customers. I was ready to purchase a dryer at that time with cash. I walked out and a lady said thanks for coming in. My response to that was «thanks for the great service»
Hope she understood the sarcasm behind that

To be honest, Albert Lee wasn’t even on my radar. But when my dishwasher gave up the ghost the repair man suggested them. He told me they are competitive, guarantee low price, free delivery etc.
I went in, Pat greeted me and helped me through the process easily enough. Got out of there within the hour.
The real cool part for me was that they delivered it exactly the time they said they would. Bravo!

Our favorite place to dream and see the new equipment in kitchen, laundry, BBQ and gadget’s. This place give us so many new ideas and what we want in our home its almost overwhelming. The selection is good and they sales are worth checking out when they come.

I was looking for a good price on a Sub Zero refer and a Wolf stove, and went first to Albert Lee. The sales person, Kevin, attired sharply in a crisp Albert Lee shirt, was completely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and found two current discounts. Next I stopped at Conklin where, finally, a guy in a sweaty t-​shirt showed me a floor model for the Sub Zero and said there were no discounts available. Had been, no more though. Too bad.
Guess who got my business? But AL gets better. I was able to get a floor model Sub at an additional discount. And then, after installation, the ice maker didn’t start up right away, and the door was scratched. Customer Service immediately dispatched a tech, no questions asked. Then the ice maker started up. The Tech, totally professional and informative, came anyway, walked me through all the features and gizmos of the Sub, and said someone would give me a call to come and replace the door.
Albert Lee has cornered the market on smart, professional, knowledgeable appliance sales. I am a very tough customer, and am very impressed. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience recently with Sales Associate Geoff R. I needed a new dryer and he was knowledgeable about the various machines. He was able to match me up with a good dryer that met my needs. The delivery was scheduled. They called the day before with the arrival window of time. On the delivery date, they crew arrived on time, were polite and did a good job of installing the new dyer and getting it hooked up. The delivery was included in the purchase price. Recommended

Nothing turns me off faster than a convoluted sales pitch: I’m a big boy, just tell me what the actual price is and don’t make me jump thru hoops to find out what the bottom line will be. Telling me that the prices you post on the white tags aren’t actually the price we will pay but rather the price you’re required to post due to manufacturer restrictions and once we’re ready to go we can get the true price, unless the tags are green, in which case that is the true price they will give us on the item, although some of the items are «on sale» (even though they don’t have sales because their prices are so low) so look for the yellow tags, but if you want to wait two weeks they may have manufacturer permission to lower the price by 5% for the weekend and we could get a better deal… If your head is hurting, welcome to my world. I put up with that for the few visits we made while finalizing an appliance list. When I finally went around and got price quotes from a good sampling of appliance stores, they were unable to make us any better of a deal than anyone else — and the price on the white tag *was* the price they were going to charge us.
As a trial, we did buy two items from them (out of 9 total we were shopping for). They were the items we wanted, not the items they were pointing us to (sales pressure was controllable, but present). Ordering was smooth enough, delivery timely, and the delivery people were very friendly and professional. One thing to note: although they have free delivery, installation, and haul-​away, the delivery guys will not make any modifications to your house to make installation work. That isn’t at all unusual, but keep it in mind as many of the appliance stores will deliver for free, but they will provide a referral for a contractor to come out on the same day and perform the install as the contractor can make tweaks if needed.
Other Albert Lee stores have had Unilocaler’s complain about customer service problems for appliances damaged or issued while still under warranty. I haven’t had this issue, so I cannot comment if this store is any different.
All in all, the showroom is nice and well stocked with mid to high-​end appliances. If you can put up with the sales double-​talk, it’s a great resource for your research. But do your comparison shopping as you will find that prices are very consistent from most retailers. You may want to find a retailer who has a better over-​all reputation.

They would have gotten a better rating had they not tried to get away with selling me a floor model at full price. Their inventory count was wrong when I ordered my range so since I couldn’t wait another week (it was christmas) I took the floor model and asked for a discount. My rep was not available during the catastrophe so another filled in and took care of things and told me my rep would follow up on a price adjustment. My rep never called… I came into the store a couple of days later and he said he would follow up with me within 24hrs to adjust the price — never happened. The rep was very nice person to talk to, no sales pressure tactics, but no follow up on the deal. I called the store to speak to the manager and had the price adjustment resolved in 30 minutes. Simple problem like this should not have taken a week to resolve.
The delivery crew was awesome! I felt bad they had to walk up 3 flights of stairs — they had a solid attitude, very nice — I tipped them for their effort and education on the appliciances I bought.
