BUYER BEWARE! My friend was told 2x on the phone that the price for a mani/​pedi with shellac was $ 30. She called twice because the price seemed too good. Well, it ended up that it was too good to be true.
I went with my friend to hang out and chat while she got her mani/​pedi as we were doing some shopping afterward. After getting her service and getting ready to pay, she was told that the price was $ 55. We said, um noooo, $ 30. That is what had been quoted over the phone — not once but TWICE. The lady was incredulous that she would have been told $ 30 and blamed my friend for not listening correctly.
Not cool, lady. Feels like a bait and switch to me!
