Dr. Hawley splits his time between this location and the Ballard location, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hawley and his staff. I embarassingly needed a retainer fixed and I needed it done within my incredibly tight budget. It’s so hard to find any service provider who is actually respectful of your time and money any more these days – but Dr. Hawley’s office went out of their way to work with me, my crazy schedule, and my budget – even after my retainer broke twice! And when things were going better with my retainer the second time around, he even was willing to change his mind and go a different path, rather than trying to upsell me something (like many other service providers try to do) – yay! He’s thorough, thoughtful and honest – giving you all the options up front. His assistant, Sue, was lightening fast in getting me in and out of there, calling my insurance to find out costs and giving me directions when I was lost. Go here – you won’t regret it! They’re the best!
