Melissa and Bruce went above and beyond and made up for a terrible experience at FMJ snohomish station. I went in to put in a repair for the 2nd time in 6 weeks(previous work done in snohomish) and walked out with a brand new necklace. The lifetime warranty really paid off and the customer service was spectacular. I laughed and smiled the entire time I was in the store. I will now be an exclusive customer of Melissa and Bruce at the Lynnwood Fred Meyer Jewelers! I recommend going to visit for any of your jewelry needs.

I’ve never had any issues with any Fred Meyer Jewelers before, but this store, for whatever reason makes me feel like you drop off your stuff for repairs or sizing that never actually get done. I’m now going on my THIRD drop off of my wedding set for repairs to 2 loose stones in the center, and one stone that fell out that they didn’t replace even though the work order said to replace the stone. I also had my set sized down at the beginning of 2015. I was concerned we chose ¼ size too small(they don’t do ¼ sizes, and I ideally want 41⁄4) at a 4, but the representative said wedding sets usually size bigger than the sample sizers at the store. When I got it back, it at least fit on my finger, but after wearing it a week, it felt like it did before, too loose. When it’s cold(and remember, this is the PNW) I’ve almost flung it off. I have the lifetime guarantee plan, and follow it best as possible, but I’m now going to have gone three weeks without my set because of the questionable work. I’m going to question everything this time around until I start getting people who take responsibility. If it’s not the store, and it is in fact the repair facility, they are negligent. A waste of my time, and their own since they have to keep repairing.

This review is concerning the sales associate that helped my fiancé and I purchase my wedding bands(yes, I got 2!!!). His name is Jebidiah and works at the alderwood mall location. Not only did he have a genuine interest in my engagement ring’s unique setting, but he helped us find the perfect bands to compliment it without overshadowing or covering up the diamonds on the side of my setting. We could have easily purchased a wrap that was not as good, but with his help and creativity we were able to work out the perfect option. He was friendly and not pushy at all, even though we ended up walking out with what felt like a(good) impulse buy, and were only there for around 30 – 45 minutes… maybe less. Normally we wouldn’t buy such important jewelry so hastily, but they were also having an awesome sale and it was exactly what we were looking for without getting them custom designed and made, with less than 3 months until the wedding! They also have a 100 day return policy and lifetime waranty.
