This is the best place anywhere to get coffee! They are so friendly there and not fake. They truly care about who buys coffee there and really care about there customers.

I’ve gone to Gourmet latte several times and have always liked it. This time however, my experience was so awful I’ll never go back. The Barista making my drinks was so concerned with flirting with the guy at the other window she made my drinks wrong. When i asked her what she put in my drinks she had the worst attitude. The drinks were so awful, we ended up throwing them away and going to Starbucks.

I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Love this place. I normally get a 20 oz Irish cream latte and it is consistently delicious. Prices are fair for awesome coffee. Honestly, if I’m having a crappy day I just need to drive over and get my fix and the day just gets better.

meh, it’s convenient, but not impressed. I would prefer going to Café Ladro because the coffee is better. I think when the baristas tell you the price, but you’re charged a different price due to «non cash payment”-is kind of lame. A heads up would be cool that you’re going to tack on .62 cents and then give me the option of paying cash is always preferred. the fee is acceptable if you tell me prior as a courtesy, then I’d pay cash. Wouldn’t be a big deal if the coffee was legit, but it’s very weak and inconsistent. I want to support local businesses, but there are plenty of other local coffee companies in the area that are better.

Great coffee! Really friendly folks! Better than Starbucks! There was a short wait even though there were a lot of cars. The staff works quickly but doesn’t lose quality.

This place is awesome!!! So glad to have somewhere with real, tasty coffee in the neighborhood. It blows Starbucks and Ladro coffee away. No contest, and it was even cheaper. The morning baristas’(manager) is incredible! Fast service. They remembered our names and drinks. This is, by far, the best coffee/service you’ll find anywhere! Don’t miss this place. They are awesome!

Nickel and dime ya. Coffee is mediocre but you’ll end up spending $ 1+ more than anywhere else.

I don’t usually write reviews but I noticed a previous review on here and felt the need to. I too work in the food service industry and know that it is more likely to have someone write in a bad review than a good one. I’ve been going to the 196 Gourmet Latte location for years now and I will even go out of my way to go to this one. The coffee is always Great and the girls are always very friendly, especially Danielle the one mentioned by Wendy I think her name was. Danielle Will always go out of her way to say hi to my kids and I even if she is not the one helping me. As for the drink order there is no such thing as a soy breve. So maybe you should know what your talking about before you get on Unilocal and sound ignorant. I’m always surprised when people get so upset over one drink or food order and start demanding peoples jobs be taking away from them. I would love to come to your work and ask for something that doesn’t exist and demand your job when you can’t deliver. Anyway this Gourmet Latte has great coffee and friendly girls.

all i have to say is: 12 oz. chocolate marble truffle! this place serves up some serious coffee without any attitude. the girls that work there are friendly, fast, and lovely to talk to while waiting for drinks. our 2 pups love coming along on our coffee run because the girls hand out dog treats with a little whipped cream on top. so cute!

I will admit, the coffee is good. But you can get Café D’Arte coffee from a number of other stands. My problem is with the incorrect pricing on the menu, the outdated debit card fees, and the insanely long wait times. The price for a 16oz Americano reads $ 2.15. Why then am I being charged $ 2.95 if I don’t add any additional shots or put any syrups in? And why don’t the let you know that using your debit card will tack on another 35 cents? With tip I paid $ 4 for one of the most basic drinks you can get. And every single time I have gone there the wait has been ridiculously long with only one car in front of me(we’re talking at least five minutes). Isn’t the point of a stand convenience and quickness? I could have run across the street to the coffee shop, parked, gone inside for my cheaper and equally delicious coffee, and been back on the road before these girls even got me to the window. I used to work at a stand so I know what is acceptable and what is not. This place is just all thumbs down for me. Tossing their punchcard in the trash.

I stopped here for convenience and pleasantly surprised by a few things: 1. The coffee is really good(I had a sugar-free almond iced latte)! 2. The service is friendly — the girls actually cleary enjoyed their work. 3. The staff is fully dressed. I can’t always tell by the name of a place if it’s full of scantily clad women who don’t care about anything other than making extra tip money. It’s close enough to home that I will go here again. :)

I just tried the best-tasting white chocolate mocha here… I’m serious! It was smooth and not overly sweet compared to some places *cough starbucks cough*. Just one sip and I fell in love. The coffee here is a bit fancier than most places where they use rBST-free/hormone free milk… and their espresso beans are from Caffe D’arte. You can definitely taste the difference. You can pull up on either side of the coffee stand to order, but they do charge an extra $ 0.35 for card transactions. Ask for a stamp card where you can get a free drink after buying 10 drinks. The girls are super nice and friendly. One of my favorite places to go to for coffee… mmMmmM
