Greenleaf Cedar Park Apartments

Previously Avia Apartments… DO NOT move here! Walls are so thin, you here EVERYTHING above you. Gym is only open during office hours. Normal people work 8−5pm. What good is a gym, if you don’t have 24hour access? Why even list it as an amenity if people can’t use it? They fail to tell you this on the tour. Upon first sight, apartments are nice with updated kitchens. Cabinets look nice and expensive, up close, they have been painted brown (paint drips all over) and doors are peeling «wood looking plastic.» There is absolutely no insulation in floors. Windows let in cold air, they are not double panes. It sounds like a heard of elephants live upstairs. I can even hear snoring above me! We run a fan and a white noise machine, and you can still here EVERYTHING. I absolutely regret signing a one year lease here. I would rather pay a couple more hundred dollars a month for a more solid apartment. This is more a $ 650 a month apartment. They say «you get what you pay for», but this place is ridiculous. Do your research, I wish we had.
