Very good food and always friendly. Get your bubble tea here and enjoy the triple osmosis filtered water. The food never disappoints us.

I love eating at this place! I usually get a chicken or spicy chicken combo with beef and gyozas and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous and their prices are very reasonable.

It reopened after closing for 6 month under new owner. The place got cleaned up and new owners are nice and food is good. I thought about giving it a 3 star, but I gave it 4, because food is only going to get better. I usually order special number 42. You get little bit of everything.

First off let me say that the food is ok. The chicken teriyaki is pretty fresh and the portions are decent. My BIGGEST complaint is with their service. The woman at the cash register has attempted to overcharge me on MULTIPLE occassions. Since I lived at the craphole apartments MARTHALAKEAPARTMENTS I would be a frequent customer of this place. It got to the point where I would have to order in person just so I can visually see what price she is entering in on the register. I warn ALL potential customers to double check your bill at this place because I’m sure I wasnt’t the only victim of hers…

I go here quite often for a quick place to grab take out. Their beef teriyaki is the best in the Mill Creek area and the woman at the register is always super nice. It might not look like much on the inside, but their food is always good.

I have been going to this teriyaki resuraunt for over 15 years, it used to be the best around! My own little best kept secret! Even when ownership changed, the recipes seemed to stay the same and the food stayed fresh and delicious. About 2 years ago the ownership changed again and I was very disappointed in the food I received to the point that I drove back after one bite(having taken the food home) and asked if they could replace it, it tasted sour. They would not. I boycotted the place for a long time… Today I decided to give it another shot… I ordered chicken Katsu, chicken teriyaki and pork fried rice. The Katsu is barly edible if not because it’s severely over cooked, but it seems that they take every bit of the unusable chicken and use it for the Katsu because they think if it’s covered up by breading no one will notice. The rice is mushy, the pork fried rice tastes sour and mushy and the chicken teriyaki is full of fat and grizzle. It really is such a shame, Needless to say, no matter how convienient and close to home they are, I will not go back. I would rather drive another 20 min out of my way to another teriyaki place than go back to this one!

I’ve come here for lunch 6 or 7 times now and have always been pleased with my order. The restaurant is simple and clean and the food is served promptly. Portions are generous and the veggies are fresh! Order a side of eggrolls with your entrée, they’re the best around!

You order and pay at the counter, and take a table, and your meal will be brought to you. The décor is recognizably Japanese, simple and uncluttered, with unpainted wood. The bathroom was perfectly clean. I had a spicy tofu and vegetables dish(I ordered it very, very, very spicy), and my companion had teriyaki beef and grilled shrimp. The food was attractive and well prepared, and the portions were surprisingly large. Neither one of us could finish our meals. The marquis on the top of the building says«Teriyaki». The sign on the SE corner of 164th Street SW and 6th Avenue W says«Wok Teriyaki». The words«Martha Lake» are nowhere to be seen. There are 4 marked parking places in front, and at night there are strings of lights outlining the simple rectangular exterior. I am very pleased I visited(Martha Lake) Teriyaki.
