McDonald’s

Nothing much to expect out of a McDonald’s. But my issue is with the manager, been wanting to post a review here but I somehow keep on forgetting to do so. But now I can say my piece, the manager in this location is rude to her staff. Been here multiple times and it’s been the same behavior. She can tell them their mistakes in private or something. Like she seems to always have a bad day. She’s older and she’s white, I can’t catch her name so. But I honestly think this location can get a better manager.

If I could give this McDonald’s and negative 5 star rating I would. I went in and ordered two cheeseburgers. there were a total of 6 people working a line in the drive thru that went around the entire building making it hard for me to park. I waited for 30 minutes to get my order… still didn’t get it after 30 minutes of waiting. It seems that they have decided to offer breakfast 24 hours a day and now they only make it after you order… making it take twice as long to get any other food cause they are so concerned with getting the eggs made… boy is this a dumb idea. Anyways I had to wait another 5 minutes to get some one to come to the counter so I could cancel my order and get my money back. no one apologized or even made eye contact with me. When I asked for a phone number so I could call and complain another customer told me not to bother that the managers at this location don’t care.
You would think that with all the good fast food burger places around they would work harder on taking care of the customers and doing one thing really well instead of a bunch of stuff not even passable.
I will never go to another McDonald’s again… here I come Five Guys!

This location sucks balls. I’m pretty sure they make their burger pattys about 5 days in advance seeing as they are room temperature when you get them. Also their prices are higher than other locations. Also they keep giving me regular coke instead of diet. Thanks for ruining my day every single time I come here. I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson yet. Now if you’ll excuse me I need to go throw up

This is by far the worst McD’s location I have been to in Lynnwood. Every single visit, without fail, they mess SOMETHING up, whether it’s the size of the drink or fries, or they almost forget to even give you your drink, and when they do the cup is covered in soda. Last time I went through their drive-​thru for breakfast, the menu boards were poorly lit and barely visible. And, the staff can be rude. Sadly, this is the one location that is truly «on my way» to and from work, but I will definitely be going out of my way to other locations from now on. Avoid this location at all costs.

The cashier dropped one of the McFlurries I ordered on the floor then put it on the counter. She turned around to see if we saw and decided to throw it away. Ugh

24 hour drive thru! My schedule makes this one of my few options. Speedy and doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting out. They can get busy around 2am, which is a drawback at any place open.

This store’s exterior is always clean and inviting. The interior is nicely decorated and well lit. They incorporated a high-​class design when they renovated this place. Modern style and class. The restroom looked clean when I visited after lunch rush (1:45pm).
The seating is spacious but not as plentiful as other locations that have a traditional, more cookie-​cutter format. The space is nicely used and fashionable, encouraging small groups on one side and large on the other.
Stool seating… amusing in a McDonald’s, but a nice touch.
It seems that Drive Thru moves decently, even at lunch time. This location has a TV that was playing CNN, but only those standing in line or sitting at the bar-​style seating can watch it.
The staff seems friendly enough and I didn’t see anyone complain while I was in the store. This location also has free WiFi. This McDonald’s is nice overall… WTG McDonald’s!

Okay, so it’s McDonald’s — but come on, even the worst should have some sort of standards. The menu is confusing, at best, and the staff is completely unacknowledged and not in the least helpful. But, I can even forgive that because it is, after all McDonald’s.
However, it wasn’t busy at all, and when we chose our table, we found that it was filthy. Not just mildly soiled so that you can just stick a napkin over the top of the mess, it was dirty with some sort of greyish ooze that seemed could only go away with a call to HazMat. I couldn’t believe the table hadn’t been cleaned three guests ago, when the stain was originally made. We asked someone to clean the table for us, and were meant with cromagnin grunts. Finally someone came and cleaned the table for us, and we were ready to have our meal. Of course, when it came, it was screwed up — they left out a sandwich, and they were not very nice about the complaint we made.
I think next time we’ll just do the drive-​through. I will, however say that this McD’s has a very nicely decorated interior, but no matter how pretty it is, dirt is still dirty.

Go during the morning hours. the manager Gloria is the best. Don’t go in the middle of the night. Service is bad and the food is even worse.

For some reason this McDonalds makes the big macs very very sodium heavy.
The salty taste was just overpowering and I could barely finish one when I can normally eat 2 without a problem.
I thought it was a fluke so I tried it again and the same outcome, a salty big mac.

They must have read the previous review. I have visited this particular location a few times in the last couple of weeks. Service has been outstanding as well as the sandwiches. I enjoy the classic chicken, it is always hot, and fresh. Everything I have purchased here as been hot, and fresh. The staff is really friendly and funny to boot. I don’t dine at Mc’s often but when I do I enjoy coming here.
