Talk about a joke of a Microsoft Store. This is a kiosk, not a store. It was impossible to even look at the displays as to many people were hovering around the demos. 4 employees stood at the side slouching and talking to each other, could of cared less about talking to others or creating a welcoming experience. The middle part of the kiosk, a huge space for their total store size, is employees only for check out. Um… Have you heard of checking out anywhere in the area with a smart phone. Guess they want this store to be a failure. Horrible employees though is what gets the 2 stars, they could make the small space work if there employees cared.
