Dick Miller gets zero stars. I communicated with him by email about a lawsuit I wanted to file. He was very clear in his price. When I went into his office his price suddenly went up $ 1,000.00, plus he felt sure I would have to file an additional suit later that would cost $ 3,000−4,000 more. The only reason I would have to file a second suit would be because he didn’t do a good job with the first filing. My current attorney feels certain he will not have to file a second lawsuit, but if he does, he will only charge $ 1,000. Miller was very odd in person, and would close his eyes before he talked like he had to picture the words. Then he would talk really slowly and patronizingly, as if he was talking to a 10-​year old. At the end of the meeting, he told me he didn’t want to take my case because he didn’t «think I would pay him.» Based on what did he make this observation? Hey Dick, guess what? I hired another attorney, and paid him $ 1,500 for his services within 3 weeks of hiring him. Not only did you make a wrong judgment, you made it based on nothing except your own uninformed viewpoint! You are a weirdo and to all of you on Unilocal,run, don’t walk away from this one!
