just received a broken machine from them this is actually the second machine they send me that wasn’t in a great condition my suggestion = never buy from them a refurbished machines as it appear they don’t know how to perfect them. they asked me to drive it to Fedex and wait there for an hour just to call them back and send them the return tracking id. they did offer to send me a replacement but never really took responsibility and offered me a compensation for my last hours for sending them the product back ad another week waiting for my replacement. any way i asked for a refund since its also came to me with scratches etc. i conclusion = really bad experience, never going to buy another one from them

Seriously great service! Brought in a 20 year old Saeco that was suddenly having issues. Their repair tech is quite obviously knowledgeable and good at what he does. Plus he’s super nice! I work in a customer service field, and I admit to being very picky about my own experiences. I can 100% recommend taking any coffeemaker they service to be repaired here. Can’t speak to the retail side of things, as I didn’t purchase anything. Everyone seemed friendly though…
