Great service and they made my truck look new again! I had a lot of rear end damage on the tailgate, bed and fenders. They also loaned me a car while it was being fixed. Thanks Andy!

Took my BMW SUV in to check a coolant issue and it turned out to be something very important. My family has always taken their cars here for any maintenance or repairs so I gave it a try and I see why. Michael worked with me and he’s a truly genuine person. He explained the issues of my car very well and even showed me exactly where the problem was happening. He used the best of his knowledge to repair the thermometer and coolant issue as well as fixing one of the windows as it was off of the track. Honestly, repairs really do rack up your bill. But like he said, it’s better to come in every so often to maintain your car rather than waiting so long and coming in for repairs. With his years of experience he definitely knows what he’s doing and he treats every customer with the same genuine respect and care. He’s an extremely busy person but he will take the time to acknowledge every customer because all he wants to do is help you out. Thank you Ch Michael!

About a week after being rear ended, I stopped at the first place I came to (near my home) after I was done shopping and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this place. Not only did they fix the repair but they returned my car in cleaner condition than when I brought it in. They also gave me a rental so I didn’t have to go looking around at a car rental place. There was additional damage found (after they removed the bumper) that the estimate didn’t cover but I was assured the rental and the additional damages would NOT be billed to me even if the insurance company didn’t pay. The staff was friendly and kept me updated when they needed an additional day due to a part not coming in on time. Cost to me = $ 0.00!

Right so, I had to go to this place because of the insurance company of the person who hit me. I should have pushed to go to my own place, because these guys effed up a bit. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because they apparently got the service finished within one day.
My car is a metallic dark grey color. 2013 Honda Civic, pretty new… so I wasn’t worried about them not finding parts or color at all. When I got my car back, it was wet… ok, I guess they washed it. I took off because I was late for class. As I got out of my car after parking I glanced at my bumper and immediately noticed the color was OFF. It was darker and GLITTERY. The paint looks unfinished. And it looks like a really cheap, almost black, glittery nail polish.
They also did not give me any service. I had gotten into car accidents before and when I got my car fixed at other places, my car was vacuumed, tires had new air, car was cleaned and DRIED… nothing except a hose rinse at this place.
I’m going back to see if anything can be fixed.

I had the best experience here. Adam, the owner, did me a big favor and fixed my for less than half the cost that all other body shops were asking for. I don’t have much money, and he was very understanding and talked with me about what he could do. Fixed my car and my jetta looks brand new. Thank you so much. Awesome experience.

Fantastic work! I am beyond satisfied with my paint job and new front door! They blended the paint perfectly because I was worries with it being a 2005 Acura, you might be able to tell. Absolutely not, it is flawless! Both the owner and helpful customer service gentleman were very friendly and genuine. The service was very prompt even with it being a holiday week (Christmas!) they had my car finished the day after! Amazing work and will recommended them to anyone needing auto body work or painting service. They are great! Thanks again! Great job!

Back in 2010, I was rear ended. I took my car here for a repair. About a week later I picked up the car and brought it home assuming everything was okay. When I did a quick inspection… the nightmare began.
— Corners of rear bumper had damages on paint probably caused by installing it before allowing the paint to fully cure
— inside of hatch still had tear marks from the accident.
— Left so many tool marks from carelessly removing interior trim panel
— one of the rear license place lamp was dangling by the wire! A plastic clip was broken off
The worst part:
a small piece of my rear left brake light cover had been broken off. They glued it back on and put a red touch up paint on the crack (are you kidding me? Red paint on CLEAR RED PLASTIC???) it was clear that they tried to cover it up hoping I wouldn’t notice. At this point, this sort of set the tone for how they do business.
I went back, furious of what I had just discovered. The service guy apologized and promised to set things straight so I left my car there for another week. When I came back, the guy said everything was re-​painted and damaged parts replaced with new ones. It looked like they did although the paint damage on the corner was still there and looked like they just dabbed it with some touch up paint. The guy said its really difficult not to leave any mark when re-​installing that kind of bumper… which was a complete BS but at that point, I was so fed up with the headache and just wanted to get outta there so I just called that good.
2 years later in 2012, I was rear ended again, took my car to a different shop. I got called in to the shop shortly after their tear-​down process and the repairman wanted to show me something before they begin any work. Inside of my quarter panel had corrosion damage from improper sealing from the previous repair!!! Thankfully they shaved off the damaged portion and re-​sealed the damaged part free of charge but told me that portion wasn’t going to be part of their warranty.
What do I think about this shop? As you might have guessed, my choice of words certainly would not be positive ones, nor appropriate for others to view.

If I could give — stars I would this guy «Adam» is a scam he messed up my car blamed it on his worker promised to fix it then the next day tried to return it still messed up no class this shop is a rip off he even told me to contact my insurance to make up a story so he can get them to pay for his damages douche bag!

I decided to have Speedway Collision repaint my 1986 Mustang because they gave me a significantly lower estimate than another place did, and their work as seen in the shop looked top notch. Although I’m pretty happy with my car now that they’ve painted it, and the end product is very good, I was severely disappointed in the process. Both the cost estimate and the time estimate increased significantly throughout a nearly three-​month ordeal (I was originally told the job would take one month).
Hearing nothing after a month, I called to see if the car is ready. I was told, «call back in another week» each week for several weeks. When I complained, the manager claimed that «we don’t make any money on these [non-​insurance] jobs,» implying that they could work on these jobs only as time allowed (definitely NOT what I was told up front).
The paint technicians are very good at what they do, but some of what didn’t get done is frustrating. For example, door handles and weather stripping were removed but weren’t repainted /​replaced with the new weather stripping I had provided. Additionally, someone broke one of the «Mustang» emblems and then tried to charge me for a new one. In fact, they forgot to order new emblems for the first two months or so, and when these finally arrived, they suggested that I might want to put the emblems back on the car myself, even though that had already been included in the cost.
When after several in-​person visits and complaints, I was finally able to pick up my finished car, I was annoyed to find that they had installed new license plate rings emblazoned with their company name (without my permission). As the last thing I want to do is to help them advertise their services, I was happy to paint these over in black, which looks quite striking with the new paint job. Given all I went through, I would not go back to Speedway Collision again.
