Extremely pathetic service. These guys surely dun know what customer care is. There is no coordination while dealing with a customer’s complain. Been 10 days since I first placed my order for store pick up; was a complete mess. Since they did not have the silver plate for my particular order (apparently it was a discontinued item with no mention on their website), the lady called me to ask whether she could use another silver plate for engraving. I asked her to put that silver plate when I come to pick up my order so that I wud see hoe it looks. As if they care! When I went for pick up I was not given any option instead my purchase was given to right away. There was lots of dust in that so I asked her to clean that up which she did (although it didn’t make any difference). Coming back, I emailed their customer care regarding my worst purchase experience. I got my reply saying that replacement item will be sent to me in couple of days.
Since then I tried to contact them, one day the lady hung up on me. Another day, someone said that I ll receive my parcel following day, all LIES. Today I again tried calling them to know status of my order and guess what, my order was not placed altogether! Seriously! If this is how you run your business, it is better to shut that off. If you don’t know how to deal with customers then better to redesign your business model.

This rating is for Shayla that works in «THINGS REMEMBERED» IN BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON. This young lady is a perfect fit for her sales position because she is friendly and willing to help. Shayla would excel teaching others how to interact with the public. We had fun at this store. I WROTE THE ABOVE REVIEW ON 15 SEP 2015 AND HAD TO PUT IT TO THE ALDERWOOD STORE BECAUSE I COULD’NT GET TO THE BELLINGHAM STORE ON Unilocal. Last week I again purchased items here and the sales person was Lindsay Molder. She is a pre-​med student working her way through college. Lindsay was also wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this store.

December 2014, I had an expensive set of glasses ($ 250) engraved (for an additional $ 250). Well worth it, were it done correctly. Unfortunately the store changed font sizes between the 8 crystal glasses. Their excuse was that they had to make the font size smaller for the larger text fields. Had they given me the choice I would have opted for the smaller font for all 8 glasses so that they matched. Even the dates, which are exactly the same field length, are all different font sizes. The store is adamant that is not an error, and will not fix it.
Also the engraving itself is not crisp. Some letters have fuzzy tops.

It’s sad to say after reading the reviews that some thing’s never change. I am getting married in just a few days and have go round and round with this company. The manager Rose is a joke it took her 2 hrs to complete my «wrong» order. Steer clear away from here Rose and Kris have to go!!!
Trust me unless your ordering in store don’t order from here!

I ordered a few things at Things Remembered as wedding gifts since they have cute items that could be engraved to be more personal. However it seems overpriced and the customer service was just ok. It doesn’t seem like the workers enjoy their job. However, I usually plan to go in and out quickly so it was ok.
I recommend you to buy it online and for store pickup. One time, the lady in store wanted me to pay more for a hyphenated name. I didn’t buy it right then but later ordered online and found no issues. It also gives you a better idea of how the engraving will look like and there are discount codes online that may not be applicable in store.

Took 15 minutes for the clerk to find the product I was looking for. Another 15 minutes to take the order. Weird experience.
They need to wipe fingerprints off of the products. I mean, ewwww!
I’ve shopped here twice before, with an average experience. If they screw up the «pick up», I’m done.

One of the worst customer service experiences I ever encountered. I came in on my lunch break thursday to order a gift for my fiancée for x-​mas. I paid them and they said it will be ready by 10am on Saturday. I came in at noon saturday to get in and out of the mall since it was horribly icy outside and the mall was packed. After battling to get a parking spot for an hour and slipping and sliding my way into the mall I was hoping to get my gift and get the heck out of their. I gave the worker my receipt for pickup, they looked around for 10 minutes and couldnt find my order. They found my work order on the floor in the back and said it was never done. No apology, no emotion, just stating its not done… wow, than they said give us 20 minutes and we can get it done. So I was fine with that and I left and tried to kill 20 minutes in the mall, than I get a call from the store stating they ran out of the clocks and they can’t do it. They stated if I wanted something else and that it will take while since they are so busy. Wow, just wow. I really don’t have to explain anymore how f’d up they treat their customers. Maybe being paid minimum wage and being overworked during x mas left them completely cluless and unapolgetic for their amazingly stupid mistakes. oh well, Im sure they have great stuff but because they can’t do their jobs, I won’t know. Go elsewhere.
