My wife and I love this store. We think of this place as an adult candy store.
Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment.
Underage selling is taken seriously. My daughter just turned 21 and was shopping with a friend who is 20. While checking out, the cashier asked both of the girls for their ID’s. Since my daughter’s girlfriend was not also 21, my daughter was unable to make her purchase. When my daughter asked if her friend could wait outside while she made her purchase, she was also told no. Inconvenient yes, but rigid for all the right reasons.
There is a great variety of mini airplane bottles that are great for sampling new products. They also make fun little gifts during the holiday season.
Several snacks and drinking paraphernalia are located throughout the store. A nice selection of mixers can also be found here.
Growlers can be filled. Wine sampling is offered.
My wife and I both enjoy local sips and slurps so we appreciate the fact that local wares are always showcased at this location.
This place can be overwhelming so it’s nice to have «staff picks» labels throughout the store to help make decisions.
Be prepared to spend some time in here browsing all the fun stuff.

Who could hate a giant store full of booze?! More than that, Total Wine offers classes and tastings too. And they’re smart about accessorizing and streamlining. It’s not just beer, wine, liquor.
Here you can find glassware, straws, barware for home or professional use, and more. Anything from whiskey stones to bottle openers to minis! All things that are good for gifts. And yes, I said minis — they make great stocking stuffers for the lush in your life.
Lines move fast, prices are high the same as anywhere else and the selection is among the best. I’ve never been disappointed by a TW visit, no matter the location.

Worth the drive from Seattle! Great prices and the most AMAZING selection of wine and single malt Scotches.
The staff there knows their stuff and are always available to help. I really like that they don’t work on commission either. They’re not out to sell you the biggest, most expensive name brand but really listen to what you are looking for and make a suggestion for something that always ends up being fabulous!

I love shopping at Total Wine. The staff is helpful and polite. The selection and information on the liquor and beer they have. Amazing seasonals, great local and import brews. Good prices as well. Total Wine is a must visit for any beer/​liquor enthusiast.

This place is messed up! They must of had at least 15 employees, and about 5 customers. Most of the employees were hanging around up front on their cell phones. The other employees were walking around in pairs ignoring customers and talking. They breezed by my friend and I without stopping to ask if we needed help, which we did. I had to approach an employee and ask for help! What a Total Waste of money and more! Plus the prices are no savings

Such a great selection is wasted by such a such a crummy, lazy, worthless staff. No one in here was any help or had any product knowledge. Their answer to everything was «I think you can just google it» no one wants to help you and no one cares. I get that you are an underpaid employee but at least try to help me find a product that you claim to have. You can see 4 staff members crowded in the front chatting away in a empty store and no one cares or wants to help you. Such a vast and great selection of items. It is a shame you actually have to talk to some of these people to buy them…

They have wine tasting and after listening to the person serving ramble on about his wine exploits with his wife, we grew tired of waiting. We weren’t acknowledged or greeted so we moved on after 10 minutes.
Since this review was posted, management assures me they have taken steps to rectify this. I would like to thank the management for their responsiveness and their openness to creating new procedures to rectify less than happy customers experiences.

There’s a lot to like about this place. The selection and prices are both really good, though they don’t quite cross over into specialty territory. You’re just here to shop, so those two things are all that really matters.
It’s not that hard to get to; pretty close to the freeway. Decent amount of parking. Plenty of shopping carts, nice clean building. As of this writing, it’s newly installed (in existing construction), so everything inside still feels clean and nice. It’s relatively easy to find what you need once you’re in the right section – the types of wine and the types of liquor are all well curated. Getting from one section to another within the store isn’t always the most predictable journey, but that’s OK. The place is huge, and you know they want you to zig zag around in here.
They’re really tough on distributors and producers because they can buy in such bulk. So they don’t tend to get a lot of the dearly beloved specialty releases, but they DO get tons and tons of good choices, usually in every format bottle available. And if you’re shopping for a wine or spirits geek, you can probably find them something – something good for every day, at least, if not a crown jewel for the cellar or anything like that.
Their buying power allows them to set pretty good prices. You will find occasional sales at smaller shops that easily beat prices here, but if you just need to pick up some stuff, this is a fairly practical place to shop for sure. Keep in mind that there’s tax added to the sticker price – they show the final amount in smaller print under the «sale» price on the price tags on each shelf. It’s a lot of tax, generally speaking, so it’s worth keeping in mind.
The service here ranges from some helpful and nice kids who can give you straight answers about what’s in the store, all the way down to sullen and withdrawn mouth-​breathers. One classic goofball got me coming and going last night; he was re-​stocking shelves and dragged his warehouse cart past me so slowly that I just had to stand there like I was a car at a railroad crossing. By way of acknowledging my presence, he ducked his head and made a sound like «uuuuurrrrhhhh,» which I assume meant «oh, excuse me, I should have let you slip past before I turned down this aisle.» Then guess who’s at the register? Spivey again, with a pleasant «nnnnrrrrggg» as he handed me my receipt. I assume «nnnnrrrrggg» was his way of saying «thanks for shopping here. Have a great night, and happy holidays!»

I love the selection at Total Wine. My husband and I are red wine drinkers. The store has a section of highly rated wines that I go directly to… no messing around trying this wine or that wine… just pick up a mix and match case and receive 10% when you purchase 6 bottles or more.
Be sure to check your receipt for correct pricing. There’s a particular wine I like and sometimes the price is $ 14 and sometimes it’s $ 24. When the tag by the bottles says it’s $ 14, I always pick up a couple of bottles but have had it ring up as $ 24 once.

This place is awesome haha. I know I should be supporting the local bottle shops, blah blah blah but hey, this place offers the same rare bottles at cheaper price and the clerks here aren’t snobby like at some bottle shops. This store used to be 5 minutes from where I lived so it was convenient as well.
They also seem to be always open. I think they open from like 9am to 10pm. When I get the beer craving at 8:30am, I get out of bed, brush my teeth, and head over the Total Wine.
They take Amex. One beer guy there is pretty knowledgeable about beer and their current inventory.

So, I was out and about running errands this morning and drove by this place, so, I decided to check it out as I’ve been meaning to for some time.
As soon as I walked in, on the left, were the chilled magnums of Champagne — the good stuff. Wow, Lynnwood, really? (No offense, Lynnwood).
They’ve also got the best price on Veuve, slightly cheaper than Costco.
Nice store, and Amber L. was very lovely and helpful.
I shall return.

I consider myself a Total Wine groupie. I’ve been to every Total Wine in the Puget Sound area, and all of them in Nevada. This is my least favorite Total Wine. The location is in a random strip mall with nothing else worth patronizing. Plus, the intersection it is near is by the freeway which is convenient getting there, but leaving the parking lot can be tricky.
This is a smaller TW, so their selection of everything is limited. I’m a casual wine drinker, but nothing too crazy for me, so I can’t really give a good opinion of the wine selection. It feels like 80% of the store is wine…
The beer selection is OK. They have the staples, and I really appreciate that they primarily have local brews (which are far superior), but the variety of beer types is a bit lacking (I’m so sick of IPA’s). Overall, this location is OK. They have the basics, and some specialty brews. I also highly recommend their growler station, as they have a great selection of beer on tap.

Had to pay with cash their credit card debit card system wasn’t working, how lame!
Checked my bank acct later & they charged my card 6 times. 53.43×6 = $ 320!!!
I called the manager, he said come in with your bank statement and they would look at it. He said it has happened before.
I will never use a card there again.
I went in the next day and they could not find the charges on there side. They said check your bank, maybe you were credited already.
I came to buy stuff not have issues with their card system.

Why did I not kmow about this place sooner?
This is now a must stop place if I’m down in the states, and especially if I’m spending a few days.
Huge selection of all your favorites for an unbelievable price.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you don’t know what you want prior to coming, you will be spending a lot of time going up and down the aisles.
Remember. If you were down in the States for a few days, your limit to going back to Canada is 1.5L. Enough for 2 bottles of 750ml wine!

Overpriced! Cashier tried to charge me singly for a six pack of hard cider because it had mixed flavors of the same brand. ($ 11 vs. $ 7)
The bottom line… profits!
I’m sticking to grocery stores, there’s
no extra charges.

Ok, this store is the best.
I have someone in my life who was in the market for non-​alcoholic beer and the people at Total Wine were very helpful getting me what I needed. They have a selection of about 10 different non-​alcoholic beers. This is big considering most grocery stores only have a couple and they are the crappy domestics.
The workers are usually very helpful if you can find someone. Many times distributors are the ones who are littered around the store so it’s good to check that they do indeed work there before pestering them.
I’m a big fan and since this is convenient for me to stop by I am finding myself here more and more.

UM. How have I not reviewed Total Wine & More yet?
AH MAY ZING. The costco of booze! Where else can I buy a handle of Canadian Hunter whiskey for such a low price? (pro tip: Canadian Hunter is the best cheap whiskey you will find-​90% of my snobby whiskey friends agree).
So, I’m not a wine drinker, but that’s okay! In addition to the dizzying selection of wines at all price points, they have a great selection of all kinds of booze and beers (domestic, imports, and crafts alike!). Whiskey has its own aisle, as well as vodka, rum, gin, mixers, bitters, aperitifs, a decent absinthe section, tequila, sambuca… I promise, if you drink, that you will find something to love.
The staff has been helpful with picking out things for you to try if you like a certain style of any particular alcohol. Their suggestions have always been great.
I have actually never been able to NOT find something that I’m looking for. A drinker’s paradise, for a great price. Everything is, on average, at least two dollars cheaper than any grocery store price, if not more.

This place is the mecca of alcohol. I can honestly say that I have never seen more selection in one place. They have almost EVERYTHING. They have two aisles alone of vodka which is absolutely ridiculous but amazing.
I came here looking for something really specific. I was trying to find crème de cassis. I found cassis liqueur and crème de cassis. The crème was much much more expensive than the liqueur but they both looked the same. I asked one of the employees if they were the same or different. She didn’t know — apparently the spirits expert was out for the day. However, she was very friendly and said that if I purchase something and it’s not right, then I can return it so no worries. That made me feel much better about my selection.
I was also looking for a Delille wine as a gift but they were out. I managed to find the one thing in the store that they didn’t have…
Apparently they have beer and wine tastings on certain days. The prices are pretty reasonable in my opinion. They seem less expensive than at my neighborhood Fred Meyer.

2,500+ beers !! An alcoholics (or alcohol LOVERS) paradise, Holy moly! (Aisles and aisles of liquor and wine too.) I think my trip, I spent more than an hour, and I only looked in the beer section! There are 2 full aisles of «single bottles» where you can grab a variety six-​pack… prices range from $ 1.25-ish to upwards of $ 15+ a bottle! But variety is the spice of life, and this may be bad news for me and my beer lovin husband! We spent $ 30 for 6 bottles/​cans of beer. Pricey habit, when you’re not the «Bud-​light» drinkin’ type! They also have a full aisle of cases of beer, as well as a KEG selection! This place is ahhhh-​mazing! Their gift section is way cute too… perfect gift ideas for the boozer in your life!!!
They have tastings as well, I will definitely be back for one of those!

This place is complete HEAVEN for wine drinkers and a definite place to check out for the vast amounts of beers (local and imported. some are even rare!)
Total Wine opened a few days ago and have been offering 10 free tastings of certain wines around the store. They have specific hours for beer tastings, but it is all free so why not?!
There is a negative… the booze here is not exactly the cheapest, but the pricing is on par with what is out there in the market. The staff there makes sure that you are finding everything alright. As this place is still new, I feel that the staff may not be that knowledgeable about everything just yet. Regardless, they are all super friendly! I have been here twice since they have opened and I cannot wait to go again!
