ABSOLUTE WORST VAPE SHOP EVER!!! Formerly Vapor Express now Vapor Lounge. The girl who seems to be in charge is a COMPLETE b****. I have never been treated so poorly at a vape shop or at any store in my entire life. SUPER OVERPRICED TOO!!! Save yourself the trip and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I am disgusted

I give a few stars just because owner is a really nice guy, but the shop itself is just junky. Things in the display shelves are thrown about in no real order and the selection is small. I’m going to keep going to Seattle Vapor Co.
EDIT; I actually went back into the shop today for some coil heads, the shop is literally less than a block from my apartment complex, and I guess there are new owners! Much cleaner and more organized. Even though there is now a birdcage in there, and a dog that barked at me when I walked in, I think I’ll come back for basic vaping needs when I’m not getting something online.

Over priced, misleading to new vape users.
Bought a product here a while ago and felt like although the person helping me seemed a bit pre occupied hanging out with his buddy that had stopped in to vape with him, He seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Well now I’m thinking he was just being a good salesman.
I was sure that what ever I was buying was going to be cheaper online but I don’t mind paying a little extra for good advice and guidance. Well it turns out the product he recommended and sold to me is mediocre at best and can be had for half the price on Amazon… Also a lot of the advice/​info was not as accurate as his confidence had led me to believe.
After getting a little further into vaping I have learned a lot sense my last visit and knowing that he would take advantage of some one with little to no knowledge about vaping is going to keep me from spending money at this establishment ever again.
Do your own research online then find another store to shop at.
However If you do find your self in this store checking out devices, do your self a favor and at the very least look up prices on your phone before making a purchase.

This guy who runs/​owns the shop Is a arrogant and self absorbed jerk! If you want to own a shop and work in customer service you need to know how to communicate with «people» and not belittle someone who is coming to you and buying your merchandise. Your customers are supporting your livelihood don’t treat them like crap. I will make sure I never go back

Over the past few months, this was a place where I’d stopped for all my vape needs.
Sadly, the owner decided after selling me a defective Joyetech Egoone, that it was my responsibility to track down the manufacturer and do all the legwork myself for warranty. Absolutely I’d have no problem doing this if I’d bought the device MYSELF, CHEAPER, from an ONLINE RETAILER.
I knew I’d be paying at least an additional 30% on top of cost for markup and profitability. That just happens to be the price you pay for buying local.
Unfortunately, Vapor Express is the epitome of why small businesses are going the way of the dodo bird.
Here’s a pro tip: stand behind your product, or don’t sell it at all.
(Original purchase was barely over a month ago. The device was overheating to dangerous levels while charging.)

I went here twice and left upset both times. From selection to cleanliness to customer service etc. Im not sure what the owners problem was, i think his name was Mike, but he had an attitude and was a total prick. I know he was the owner because he kept talking about how he owns a vape shop. I love going to different vape shops to see what they have, taste different flavors and just to talk to fellow vapors… and I’ve been to a good amount from the bay area, through oregon up to seattle and everywhere in between. The selection was terrible. He kinda seemed like he didn’t wanna tell me about the flavors and was weird about me testing so many out. Like saying asshole smart ass remarks with a smile on his face. And I’d try to start small talk with him but he’d respond with smart ass remarks and speak to me like i was beneath him. Another thing i noticed was how messy his store was. The shelves were messy and cluttered, i could see in the back room where it was messy and his laptop was on top of one of the glass cases that i was looking at for a while. He never moved his laptop. It’s upsetting because this place is literally 3 mins from my place and i was excited to go here, only to be let down terribly. It’s also upsetting to think that this store could be someones very first vape shop they go to and have this guy with this dirty store with a terrible selection being an asshole. It could really turn a person off to vaping, which should be the opposite to what a vape store employee, let alone owner, should be doing. Id rather add another 45 mins to my commute to go to beyond vape in UW where everyone is extremely nice, informative, helpful, and where the selection is amazing. Rant over.

Mike is a great guy. He know his products that he carries in stock, and products that he doesn’t have in stock… If you ask him a question he give you as much information as possible. He is a no bs kinda of guy which is nice these days. I enjoy going in there and talking to him about vaping being someone that knows nothing. I went to alot of different shops and they always try and sell me a bunch of random crap, not mike. Mike asked me how much i wanted to spend and gave me the best bang for the buck!!! So happy i got the ego one from joyetech

What an amazing place! The owner is so educated and very helpful! He shoots straight, unlike some vape owners he is not there just to make money he is there to help people enjoy vaping! I have learned so much on vaping and taking care of the equipment! I will never go elsewhere… I recommend this shop highly…

First time ever in a vape shop and my experience was horrible. GF and I walked in, didn’t even get greeted or anything. We started looking at flavors and the guy behind the counter could careless to help. I was so confused, the white board was barely readable. Really really sloppy writing. I guess whoever worked there today hates asian, cus we had one shitty experience. Never coming here agian.

What a great store! The owner is very knowledgeable about vaping and always willing to answer any questions I’ve had. When I walk into a store about a specialized interest, like vaping, I want to be confident that the person I’m talking to knows what they’re talking about, and I always feel that way at Vapor Express… not so much at some other vape shops. The store stocks great products and I have never made a bad purchase, nor felt like I’ve been pressured to buy something I don’t need or want… even though I’ve spent a decent amount of money in this shop. Vapor Express is one if the best Vape shops in Lynnwood… Highly recommend it!

Not sure what that broad was smoking before she walked into Mike’s shop, but I spent a serious hour+ getting the education I needed to begin Vaping. He was pragmatic, told it like it was, removed fallacies, and I’m the kind from Silicon Valley that talks fast, wants an answer, and let’s not waste time.
This is exactly how I got a year’s training in an hour. I am very satisfied with Mike’s shop and hope he makes a bundle. The shop is clean, products are clearly visible, maybe you have to have a little on the ball to shop there.

I went there a couple weeks ago and will NEVER step foot in there again. The guy was rude and not helpful at all. I got sold generic coils that burnt after a day and I was trying to my juice and he blew me off and was completely rude about it when I asked what flavor he had. Sadly my friend had the same experience. I thought it would be nice to have a place by where I work and that’s open once I’m off but I won’t go back.

Mike has always had the best prices and the best selection. He carries quality flavor lines and always has the mod or atty I’m looking for. Super helpful and informative, he is not afraid to tell you when you are wrong, which when dealing with mechanical mods and sub-​ohming is highly valuable. I’ve seen other shops send people home with dangerous builds with shitty batteries and that will not happen here. You’ll get what you pay for and you’ll leave satisfied knowing that you got a good deal. Try this place out.
