I took my Xbox there cause it had the red eye. And then the bull$hit started
1. I asked how much did it cost for a diagnostic they told me it was 20 and then I stepped out out the store to find another place near me and when I went back in a different girl tells me 35. I asked which one was it 20 bucks or 35 bucks, they said oh it’s 20 now. I left my on a Friday they told we will call you tm and tell what’s wrong and get approval to fix it. They never called until four days later and told me it would cost 90 to fix it and I said NO, I will pickit up today.
2. I show up and a guy tells me it’s 90 I told him why if I don’t want the service you guys called me to get a approval and I said NO, he tells me that the work is done and he will give me a discount. I said NO I never wanted the service why do I have to pay for what YOUR representative mistake. he said he will return it to the shop that «repaired» it. and put it back into the condition it was. Know how do I know they arent gonna fuk it up more then it is. Now I have to pay… this was bullisht .they probably cleaned it and put it back together and it started working… they are full of it.
Don’t go here they will rip you off and screw you over.
