This has the worst service ever! I have been here couple of times but every time I go they are absolutely rude. Hello have some respect ladies! Worst service

I have been at the one in east la and it’s not as busy as this one. The prices are a bit higher here too.
When it comes to the service I think the women here are on their period or something.
I love their raspados though.

I only tried the Sandia loca and coco and nuez raspados. The ladies are friendly. The shop is clean. My belly is full.

Raspados are good especially de nuez but down side we ordered six Raspados and only gave us one cup holder. The Raspados need a lid because it overspilled. I ordered a duro and was expecting it in a box to take and they gave it in a plate.

I was craving a pineapple Raspado so I decided to go on Unilocal and look for a place close by the in laws. I found this place and decided to try it out after my soccer game. We arrived on a Sunday around 12 and the line was about 4 people deep but as we waited our turn the line grew more and more. I noticed a lot of people ordering the raspado de nuez, I stuck with the pineapple raspado which was pretty good, my husband got mango and strawberry which was also good. I went back the following week to try coco with nuez and omg it was so damn good!!! Next time I’m going to try coco, nuez and fresa

The Nunez and coconut are really good. I think the Nuez is there most popular flavor. Prices are reasonable, the strawberry is bad, it tastes like jam.

I visited this shop with high expectations, and I guess I can say not to bad given the circumstances.
Raspados Don Manuel comes with an overwhelming amount of hype, which explains why I was anticipating a great deal.
I tried the coco con nuez raspado and the tostilocos con mango. Both of which were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The raspado had lots of nuez, which is a plus, that’s about the only thing that sets it apart from some of the other raspado places I have tried. As for the tostilocos, I asked for them to hold the cueritos but I noticed they were missing an integral item. Apparently they don’t add cacahuates japoneses. The mango was an unexpected treat though.
Overall, this seems like a decent place to subside your sugary raspado cravings, or other Mexican snacks for that matter. Also, be aware that there could be long wait time during the weekends, especially in the summer.

This place has very bad customer service that a hair was in my Duro. Never again will come to this bunk ass place.

How do you get a raspado wrong? We stopped by yesterday since we were in the area. my boyfriend ordered a strawberry raspado and I got a mangoneada. We also grabbed some frozen paletas that are pre packaged. why were the paletas better? what they buy to sell was so much better than what they make there? the strawberry raspado tasted like smuckers jam and the mangoneada just tasted like they put hot sauce on it, not chamoy… No go.

Raspados Don Manuel are the BEST! never fails they are Bomb! My Favorite is the Nuez always has plenty of nuez in there Delicious! But most of the time it’s pretty packed but the wait is So worth it. Ya’ll should try them I recommend them

The raspados hands down are the best around. Another great place is in East LA, which is also Don Manuel. They also have diablitos, mangoneadas, ice cream. It all depends on what you like, but you cannot go wrong.
Either location will work. It all depends on how far youre willing to drive. There may be a line, so be willing to wait, itll be worth it!

Loveeeeeeeee this place. Only thing is the wait and parking. But it’s so worth it The nuez raspado omg is delicious. The tostilocos are good super fresh fruit. Never had a complaint about this place. Everything here is bomb. Com they need to do this place a lil bigger so we can enjoy our raspados and not wait until we get home.

The Raspados here are delicious. All the Raspados are all natural none of that watered down stuff. The only downside is that you have to get them to go since they have no seating in the store.

Definitely the best raspados near the south bay. Ordered the guayaba with lechera on top. Cash only. No parking. Long wait. Be preprared.

MY FAVORITE!!! I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl! These raspados are the real deal! I always get Half Vanilla Half Coconut with condensed milk on top! YUM!!! Yes there is a huge line at times but there has not been one time where I skip out on it. I wish they can bring one out to Orange County!
Oh ignore the attitude the ladies give you, just don’t tip them but IF they are nice to you please leave them a tip so they can continue the positive attitude!

Cannot believe this place only has 13 reviews and mine isn’t one of them! I have been coming here for yeeeeears and absolutely love it! They have wide range of flavors to choose from for your raspados. Their Nuez (pecan) raspado is absolutely delicious, and they do not skip out on the pecan toppings. My absolute favorite though is their mango diablito. Its the perfect combination of sweet and chili tartness that I come to expect and love of mexican candy. It has fresh mangos and cucumber, topped with THE best mango syrup with candied mangoes in it. They top it off with a spicy chamoy sauce and add either a tamarind stick or dried spicy mango (which i sooo wish they would sell on its own because it is delicious).
Be warned, this place gets PACKED, most specially on Sunday’s when ppl flock here after church on a hot day. The ladies tend to work really fast so even if there is a long line, its never taken more than 15 minutes to get through it. I love how clean everything is here and everything is always well stocked.
My family flocks here when they’re visiting from out of state, it is a must. If you haven’t tried a raspado here, you haven’t really experienced a true mexican raspado– just saying.
