Avondale Custom Building and Fabrications

I have been working on my home addition and interior remodeling for almost 10 months. I was working with a very tight budget and was doing a lot of the work myself. As you can imagine my progress was slow. I was finally ready to build the addition and due to City building codes I needed to find someone who could build the addition using 3hr rated wall construction (metal studs). I looked everywhere and those that knew what they were doing were charging an arm and a leg. I contacted a small handyman service (punch list) with great reviews on Unilocal and they came out to provide me an estimate. They did not feel comfortable doing the work but put me in touch with Avondale Custom Building. Ryan was over the very next day to provide a very competitive quote. We worked out the timing … Ryan started the project on time as promised. His team was extremely professional and did a great job… after 8 days on the job my addition was complete. I highly recommend Avondale Custom Building. We passed inspections without a hitch.
