Blissful Beginnings was started in 2015. My vision for this business is to provide engaged couples with affordable resources to be married which include pre marital counseling and wedding officiation services. I also provide life coaching and mobile notary services.

My name is Jennifer Hassouna and I have been a notary for over 10 years. I have been providing mobile notary services for that long as well. I was named an Ordained Minister in October 2015 with authority to officiate weddings in various states in the United States. I absolutely love all aspects of weddings which has me excited to officiate weddings.
