Great experience, had my mom a surprise spa party here and it was amazing ! The set up was nice, employees was great, and everybody left out happy ! Will be back

Just got feet done… It’s been years .The staff was very professional. Service was off the chart. I recommended this salon.

I enjoyed every minute, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the customer service is great. I love how close the shop is to home and the techs did a great job on my nails and the owner performed a wonderful facial. She gave me beauty tips I never knew and helped me overcome lots of stress. I will be returning.

I gave this salon several chances to get it right, but it comes up short every time. The customer service lacks greatly. On one occasion, as a walk-​in, I was told it’d be a 5 – 10 min wait. 25 minutes later I was still waiting with no one even acknowledging the extended wait. Another time, to avoid the previous scenario, I made an appt. When I arrived 6 mins late, I was abruptly informed that I’d be considered a «walk-​in» and my wait was 20 – 25 mins (probably more like an hour). In both of these scenarios, I would have been more understanding if the attendant had been apologetic or kind. And the two pedicures I did get here were average at best. Not going back!

I just moved to area, and looking at their reviews I’m very confused as to why they are only 2.5 stars. I absolutely love this place! Only been twice, but each time they’ve been so sweet to me always asking if they are massaging too hard, etc. I love them, and they all speak only English. I hate going to other salons where they talk to each other and I can’t understand them, very rude in my opinion. You must make appt to go here, they are pretty busy but it’s worth it :) glad they are close by! The owner is very very sweet, too!

I have been to this salon 3 times and always been satisfied with their services.
The spa is very clean and inviting, offering a great relaxing athmosphere.
the first time I got a full set, the second and third time, I went in for a mani-​pedi.
Each time, the nail technician was very nice and my nails looked great!!!
I will defenately be back!!!

I decided that i would try this business because it is close to me and black owned. .my first time going there was 8/28…i received a full set paid my money and tip and left… didn’t really like them but they were passable… that following day i left for a 8 day cruise that following Monday My nail on my ring finger fell off on my left hand then that following Wednesday my thumb broke off and took some of my nail off with it and now my ring finger on my right hand is loose. I had called the establishment today and was told that it’s almost two weeks and that I cannot get my money back… because I don’t know how I could have gotten it back anyway because I was on a cruise… And that I could come in and they could fix the ones that are broken and I’m like no I would just rather have my money back and she tells me that they can’t do it and they can fix the ones that are broken and I’m like no I said you’re not going to fix them right she said how do you know its only been one time I said because you didn’t fix them right the first time. I’d rather go somewhere else… I gave them one star because it is a beautiful ambience but ambience does not make up for the fact that your business is not up to par in customer service… I definitely won’t be going back found me another black owned business and I will be going there

Horrible place. I went in for a quick gel polish change & to start off I told them I was in a rush. In the middle of doing my nails after I waited 20 minutes to sit, she leaves and starts doing someone’s eyebrows that just walked in. Then messed up my nail, then 4 days later my gel polish started peeling off when I usually go other places and it lasts 2 weeks. And they are over priced. Will not be going here again.

Not really my favorite nail salon. Went there once for a pedicure and the man doing it seemed as if it were his first time. Went back today (Sunday) and they open at 12. I was there at 12 sharp and the hostess greeted me, asked what I wanted, offered me drinks, and told me to wait for the eyebrow lady to arrive she’s always right on time. After waiting about 5 min she calls the eyebrow lady to find out she’s not coming in today because it’s her birthday she’s out of town.
SO, there’s only one lady that does eyebrows on Sunday’s? Also, if you are the hostess that works with these employees everyday wouldn’t you have known it was her birthday and she was taking a vacation?
Very unprofessional. I’d have to be desperate to come back here.
Clean environment (only reason I gave 2 stars) but they need some work.

So I have been to this salon 2x… the 2^nd (really 3^rd) being today. The 1^st time i wanted a pedicure. There was only one person working at the time and she was giving a manicure to a client. She continued talking and working as I stood at the front desk. While I am patient and have no quarrels about my 3 – 4 minute wait,– because I must admit, the place is beautiful to look at— it would have been nice to be greeted with a «hello» or «I’ll be with you in a second».
l suppose since I didn’t leave right away she felt obligated to speak to me and simply asked what service I wanted. Not rude but not friendly either. After I asked for a pedicure she informed me that her partner/​coworker was out to lunch but I could wait for her to come back. At 3pm? Um, okayyy?!? This told me right away they were understaffed and unable to serve a revolving door of clients like most nail salons do. I asked how long the wait would be. She didn’t know. But offered to call and I could come back later. I decided to just come back since I didn’t want to become bothersome and interrupt another clients service. BUT WHEN I DID COME BACK AN HOUR LATER… they were closed… BEFORE CLOSING TIME. Seriously?
For most this would be a done deal. But I figured there could have been a valid reason for them closing the salon early. So its been weeks and today I went back. This 2^nd (or really 3^rd) time I again tried my luck. And guess what? The lights were out! Nobody was there!
Now, I would love to say that this salon offers great service and give them 5 stars across the board. But to run a business you actually have to be OPEN! Then be STAFFED sufficiently. Having fluffy pillows, and candles, and pretty little trinkets all over the place means NOTHING IF YOUR DOORS ARE CLOSED… AND YOU DONT ACTUALLY PROVIDE A SERVICE.
Needless to say, I will not even attempt to give you all my business again.

The people that work there are very rude. My sister bought me the Groupon for this place as a gift. I called last Friday to make an appointment for that following Saturday. I first told them I wanted 2 manicures and pedicures for me and my cousin. They were fine with it until I said one of them will be paid with Groupon and the woman on the phone told me they don’t take Groupons on Saturdays, because they want actual paying people to come in, whatever that meant.
So, then I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow, they were still rude to me when I told them I was paying with Groupon after I made the normal appointment and told me they were already booked for Groupons. And the woman on the phone told me I should have called earlier in the week to make the appointment. I would just like to point out, you were going to take my appointment, before I told you I was going to use my Groupon, so don’t get an attitude with me, because you didn’t state on the actual Groupon how you want people to actually make appointments.
I would have come to the shop and just paid regular money if they weren’t so rude to me twice. There is a way to let customers know you can’t take them and still get them to come back.

This place is AMAZING! Chichi does a great job! They offer a full suite of spa services in addition to the basic nail services & even offer mimosas I love this place– it is the most beautiful nail salon EVER!!!

This nail spa is so beautiful. Gigi, the owner is sweet and very nice. My nail technician was very nice and did a nice job. I give it 3 stars only because the service is not 100%, especially for the price. They are understaffed considerably, considering they probably will want a larger customer base seeing that the Mableton area is growing. There was confusion regarding what was requested by a member of my party, and two other friends who accompanied me shared that although they too enjoyed the overall experience, they’re nails were not too there satisfaction. I came here before with another friend who shared the same thoughts. They have room to grow and become a stronger beauty bar and spa.

The pros: First I must say that the ambience was wonderful, they have done an excellent job with the décor, which makes the atmosphere bright and inviting. They provided you with compimentary wine which was also nice. Another positive attribute was that I was there before my party and they were kind and considerate especially since my party was 45 minutes behind schedule.
The Cons: However three stars is for the service. Upon my arrival I asked for a deluxe mani/​pedi, however once everything was completed I realized that I only had my nail polish applied with no hand scrubbing, and mositurization. She explained that’s she provided a delux pedi and basic mani… which IS NOT WHAT I requested. I know I asked for a deluxe Mani/​Pedi since it is a package and having a deluxe mani and basic pedi is the same price, it made sense to purchase the deluxe mani pedi. I also knew she made a mistake/​error in providing me with correct services as I also asked for eyebrow threading and never recieved it. Instead of apologizing the owner simply stated that I ordered deluxe pedi and basic pedi, which was untrue! I choose not to argue as it was my friends bachelorette and everyone was having a pleasant time. Also she did not do an excellent job with the manicure (she did not even seal the nail polish). If you can tolerate subpar service and gorgeous ambiance this is the place for you, however if you don’t mind great nail service with minimalist ambiance, this is not the best choice for your buck.

They don’t honor their Groupons; do not order! I called to make an appointment and they said they had available appointments and even walk-​ins. I mentioned the Groupon and suddenly they only had an appointment next week on a week day at 10:00 AM. I was looking forward to an opportunity to give this place a try but now I am canceling the groupon and will not patronize this business.

I also had trouble using a Groupon here. The hours are limited and they insist you have a printed copy, which they don’t say when making the appointment. The UPS store next door has seen a steady stream of ladies coming in irate to print these vouchers. It doesn’t make any sense to offer a coupon and then irritate your potential customers when they try to use it. They’ve had ample time to correct the terms on the site but haven’t, indicating a clear bait & switch. 2 people had the same problems the day I was there and I see another reviewer did as well. I think the employees are very nice and the décor is beautiful, but it’s not enough to lure me from my current salon at these prices unless it’s an emergency. Considering one of the employees was asked to do something she wasn’t comfortable doing just to not let a lady leave was a red flag they’re more concerned about quick money than loyal customers. No one wants to be experimented on, it’s uncomfortable for both parties when they inevitably make a mistake. The owner needs to treat customers with more respect to stay around.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a welcoming hello and a smile. I was asked to sign in and was immediately seated for a mani and deluxe pedicure. I was offered a beverage of choice water or wine as comforting music played in the background. Overall I had an amazing experience here. From the superb customer service to the beautiful décor and relaxing environment. Thank you ladies, I am very pleased with my services and will definitely be returning !

I drove by this all the time and had some free time one Sunday and decided to stop by. Beautiful on the inside. So relaxing. The pillows are so comfortable. The staff pleasant and customer service oriented. They offer water or wine. They make sure you’re comfortable. What I really like is that you DO NOT smell acrylic. I’ve been twice now and plan to go again. First time I had my eyebrows waxed and second time threaded. I’ve had a mani and the deluxe pedicure. I am pleased. Oh and do purchase the lip gloss. It’s the owners own line and it’s fabulous!

I had noticed a new nail salon had opened in this shopping center. Since it close to home and I was in desperate need of a pedicure I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised after walking in to find the place beautifully decorated. I was helped right away and found my feet soaking in hot water after just a few minutes. My pedicure was well done and will definitely find myself coming back again soon!
