TNT Exterminating

We are extremely pleased with the service we just received from TNT Exterminating. I called on Thursday with an infestation of carpenter ants. Even though they were solidly booked until Monday, they sent out a technician the same day. When the treatment brought out hundreds of ants overnight, I called first thing the next morning and, again they were able to add us on to the schedule at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the technician had a problem with his equipment and was unable to retreat the area. He offered to come back on Saturday at 7:00 am before his first appointment of the day and showed up promptly. Both technicians that came out were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We have used TNT over the years for various pest problems but because of their response to this most recent problem, we have signed up for their Diamond plan. I would highly recommend this company.

This company may or may not be able to get rid of pests, but they sure don’t know how to treat their customers! I paid upfront for a year of their pricey diamond plan, and scheduled my first appointment for this afternoon. They never called or showed up, and when I called to see what was going on, I wound up talking to Cindy, the owner’s wife, who was rude and completely unhelpful. She said the tech had tried to call me to reschedule but I hadn’t answered the phone. I had never received any calls or voicemails, so I asked if they could just send someone else out and she scolded me and detailed just how busy they are with other customers, so I finally asked her to just refund my money and she screamed at me that they don’t want customers like me anyways. This was seriously the craziest customer service I have ever received. Mike, the owner, did end up calling me back later. I guess he checked the tech’s call logs, and it turns out he had called the wrong number. He offered to come out tomorrow, but Cindy’s derogatory words were still ringing in my ears, so I decided I’d rather give my business to a slightly friendlier company. Please don’t patronize these guys.
