This store had the worst customer service that I have experienced in years.
Attitude of indifference, offer of overcharging, I left the store and will not be returning. I have been to several Verizon stores and have had very good treatment. My recommendation check out other locations.

Walk into the store and the clerk is behind the counter with 3 of his friends talking loudly and who knows what they’re talking about. I was having problems with my phone and tried to ask this guy for help. All during my visit, he’s «diagnosing» the problem while constantly talking to his friends. Sorry for intruding.
He concludes that the problem is not a Verizon problem. Go to the Apple store and after about an hour of trouble shooting, it is determined the problem is a Verizon problem and is corrected.
