I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went in for a fill in. I usually go out to Troy to get my nails done but I didn’t have time for that so I decided to go next door, and I won’t be back! The young guy who did my nails was very rude and didn’t speak much English. In the middle of doing my nails he said «pay me now» which caught me by surprise because he didn’t ask nicely, he pretty much demanded it. I asked him to fix the air bubbles on my nails & the fact that they were so bumpy and he said that’s how my nails are. Every nail is a different shape, he painted over them so quickly and unevenly leaving my nails with a whole bunch of air bubbles & bumpy surfaces. I walked into work & my coworker said yikes who did your nails. Definitely not something you want to hear after paying someone $ 20+ to do your nails.

I love this place I just started going her a few months ago but I fell in love right after the first visit. The only problem is the black shellac nail polish they have sometimes just peels right off. So if you go shellac go with another color.

Very disappointed. I asked for a polish change and they raised their prices without notifying the customers. In addition they didn’t paint my pinky toe and I didn’t notice until I got home. Part my fault, but who doesn’t paint a pinky toe nail?

Over all ok, but it took too long to get called in and only 3 people were working there. Told the guy that I needed my nails shorter he ignored me and kept going so I reminded him again and he got upset because he stated that I never told him In the first place so he kinda filed my nails fast and painted them to get it over with.

I have recently stopped going here. The girl I used to go to has left and the people working there don’t seem to know what they are doing. My nails were breaking off and chipping and I don’t do anything rough for this to happen. And when I would go to get them filled they would charge extra to fix. If they were doing an outstanding job and I was hard on my nails I would understand but I work in an office.
Also the nail polish seems to be cheap. I think they are replacing cheap polish and putting it in the OPI bottles. I will get a french manicure and that same day the white will have already been chipped off. Also they aren’t making sure they are smooth so when you look at the nail from the top you can see where it’s bumpy. I’m paying to have my nails done and to look nice. If I wanted them to look like I did them in a rush I would do them myself.
My final two complaints is that I’ve made appointments and still waiting 20 minutes to sit down. This wasn’t because they had a ton of customers but because they didn’t have enough staff. My last complaint would be that it’s dirty. The place is fairly new and doesn’t look like it’s being kept up with. The walls and floors are dirty.
I don’t plan on returning to this salon.

I’m pretty satisfied with them. I went 14 days til I needed a good fill in, My middle nails were started to lift a little. Went in for the full and had the younger lady fill them and I think I’ll return to her next time. She was a little more talkative and friendlier than the one who applied My first set.
