I ordered a centerpiece for my grandmother, to be delivered on Christmas Eve. It’s a bit of a tradition, and important that it be a centerpiece. However, through miscommunication that was at least 50% my fault, a tall piece in a vase was delivered. Roses of Warren were quick to pick up the piece with a vase and replace it with a centerpiece. The flowers in both arrangements were gorgeous, and I was impressed with their fantastic custommer service and willingness to help.
Edit– While initially very impressed, especially with the customer service, the flowers died VERY quickly. Most died before they bloomed. Very sad for a $ 100 arrangement. The centerpiece didn’t even last a week. Will know to go with different florist next year, hopefully the flowers will last through the new year.

I ordered a large funeral basket to be delivered to service. Flowers were never recvd by the family. Had to call multiple times to resolve my issue with no avail. Use a different florist because this one does not deliver and doesn’t resolve nondelivery issues

I worked there for 3+ years and loved every minute of it! The ladies there are so genuine and really care about even the smallest of customers. They are happy to help anyone out and work to satisfy the needs of the customers. Their floral work is quiet beautiful as well and they try to beat the prices of any competitor florist without compromising quality. I was quite reluctant to leave and would recommand the job to anyone. Whether it be a homecoming or a wedding Rose and her team will not disappoint!

Ordered flowers for a second time from Roses for my mom’s birthday. I called at 10am and they were at my mom’s house within a couple hours. Also, my mom was out for a walk and they gave her a call to make sure she got them as it was cold out. Great customer service! My mom said the flowers lasted over 2 weeks and they were beautiful!
