The Moonhanger Group welcomes you to Dovetail. A farm to the table southern dining concept nestled in the heart of downtown. We enjoy serving the freshest foods from Georgia and the southeast. We serve creative southern inspired dishes crafted by our Executive Chef, Doug Sanneman.
History
Established in 2012.
Dovetail was created in response to the great feedback we received on our locavore specials at our sister restaurant, The Rookery. After hearing so many great comments on how good it was to eat local, seasonal food, our team decided to dedicate a new restaurant to the idea of eating local.
