Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
One of the business owners is the real Uncle Thad. Thad co-owns the business with his sister-in-law Sheri. He is responsible for all of the meat preparation and smoking. Both owners had previous careers that took them away from rural Missouri, where they were raised and their families live. Opening this restaurant gave them both the opportunity to do something they love, while being able to live close to home and their families.
