Business Owner

Blake J. Smith is an accomplished and experienced lawyer honing his legal skills related to personal injury cases all around the state of Georgia since 1995. Nelson & Smith focuses on providing quality representation to people who’ve suffered an injury as a result of another person’s negligence.

For almost two decades, Mr. Smith has handled thousands of law matters recovering millions of dollars in settlements for clients injured in an accident. These include, but are not limited to, car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, defective products, social security disability, and workers compensation cases for people injured on the job.

Blake J. Smith graduated Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Science in August 1989. While attending the prestigious John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta, he served his community as a full time parole officer for the state of Georgia.
