1971 saw TC HomeCheck’s owner setting his roots in the construction industry as an apprentice in the building trades.
1978 a feldgling construction company was started and it grew it into a mature residential/commercial firm.
1990 we started to diversify adding inspection services for both residential and commercial properties.
2004 gave way to providing public services through code inspections and finally…
2014: The name changed to TC HomeCheck LLC. where we specialize in inspection services only!

With 40 plus years of construction and inspection experience. Certifications include: CPI, NFPA, ICC, ASHI and AHIT as well as Indiana State licensed. Inspecting is not just a job for me it is a passion. I am always excited to meet new and interesting people and assist in their efforts to find that perfect home. Each inspection is carried out with attention given to every aspect of the building and property. I like to treat each inspection as if it were for me.
