From the response received from Steve, I can see where the attitude of the Manager came from. You can ask your manager Donnie about the number he gave me, I went back in as he gave me the wrong number and he gave me another number. If they were wrong, that is out of my hands.
Steve suggests I buy my donuts elsewhere, no problem. I guess only the customers with good experiences are worth the time of Mad Donuts.

My review is based solely on the fact that I never got past the door. Per their website they open at 8:00. We arrived at 8:52. Two signs on the door say «open», as does their flashing sign. The door is locked. The guy standing Insided does nothing besides watch us attempt to open the door repeatedly. I’d give customer service zero stars if I could.

This one is pretty simple; mini freaking donuts. Not donut holes, but mini donuts! They are like the donut version of Lil Sebastian from Parks and Rec. The donuts are good and they have outside-​the-​box varieties such as Reese’s to go along with your standard powder, cinnamon, and cake. If you are in Madiera beach and craving donuts, but you don’t want to feel like you’re stuffing your face, pop in.

Stopped here 3 times over our vacation! The coffee is the best! The Monte Crisco is so good with your morning coffee! Very fresh. The mini donuts are to die for!!! The owners/​staff are very friendly and accomondating. We had our 2 dachshunds with us and they allowed us to bring them inside for a minute while ordering. Thank you! Dog friendly automatically gets a 5 star rating from me. We ate outside while watching the dolphins in the bay! Then went back inside and ordered even more donuts! Ha! See you soon!

Our first time today on our mother daughter Sunday Fun Day and it was wonderful. Such a quaint little place. It had all the feels… warm donut sugary smell, customer service and options. My daughter and I enjoyed our time and will be back. The glazed mini’s were delish!

The donuts are delicious. We ordered 3 powdered and 3 cinnamon sugar, and one of 6 flavors they had that day. 6 for 5 of fancy donuts. The donuts are like… cake donut flavor and insude but… fluffier! They were really good! Totally recommend and will be back!

Wonderful warm mini donuts, just like the ones you get at your local county fair. The place was tiny and near the end of the boardwalk, so be careful, it’s easy to miss. Keep your eye out for the sign. Great for a sweet snack or a breakfast bite.

What a fun and unique spot! While visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving we checked out John’s Pass. It was a chilly, windy day so when my aunt saw the sign that said «coffee» she wanted to stop in. As soon as we peaked in we saw the little machine making the mini donuts. So cute!
We got a half dozen of the mini donuts with cinnamon sugar and my aunt had a coffee. I checked in on Unilocal (mostly so I would remember to review later) and the $ 1 off deal popped up. When I showed the man working (who it appears is the owner) he told me I was the first person to use it! He said he’s found that in that area people use uh, another review site more than they use Unilocal.
I can’t say too much about the coffee since I didn’t have any but the donuts were great. They were hot and perfectly cooked. This is a great place to stop for a treat, especially if you visit on a cool day like we did.
