I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Sagel for many years now and absolutely love her. I believe she is the reason I was able to have an extra year with my first dog. We took her in for a routine dental cleaning and while she was under, Dr. Sagel felt around and discovered what an abnormality in her belly. After discussing this with her, we elected to have an x-​ray and and additional tests. Turned out that my baby had a mast on her spleen. Dr. Sagel explained our options and gave me the information I needed to make the decision to have the spleen removed. This type of mast is normally only discovered once it erupts, so we were able to have it removed before it erupted. I fully believe that with Dr. Sagel’s discovery, we were given extra time to spend with our girl. We did have to eventually say our goodbyes to our baby girl, but the loving nature of Dr. Sagel, made this process a bit easier. When we decided it was time for a new furry family member, we of course, took him to see Dr. Sagel.
If you are looking for a vet that cares and will take the time to explain the care to you, look no further. She is really the best and I would not go anywhere else.

We have taken our two cats to Dr. Cynthia for many years. She has always taken as much time as we needed to answer our questions and make sure we understood all of our options. She is kind and thorough with us and our pets.
It is apparent that the office staff love what they do and truly care about the animals. We will continue to refer friends and family to Camargo Animal Hospital.

Dr. Sagel was our veterinarian for seven-​years for our two labs, and so we experienced everything from new puppy exams, annual vaccines, teeth cleaning and «advanced care» for our one lab with a heart condition, among other ailments. Dr. Sagel and her staff treated our dogs like family, and were always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. We always appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail, making recommendations and tailoring care based on their specific needs. Dr. Sagel was always objective in making recommendations — all options were discussed thoroughly in order to make the best decisions. When care required specialists, Dr. Sagel ensured that they were informed and well prepared to care for our dogs. In turn, she worked closely with them to implement any recommendations. We recently relocated to Oregon and will, without a doubt, miss Dr. Sagel’s kindness and expertise!

Dr. O’Connell is a wonderful vet. She is kind, great with animals and very knowledgeable. She’s very mellow and spends time getting to know your animals.
Her prices are reasonable and she’s taken really good care of my pets.
