Very happy with their service. They did a used car evaluation for only $ 65 and seemed very thorough. Did a good job explaining what they looked at, and I noticed that they also treated their other customers well. Definitely recommend and would go back.

I will definitely be back! Marc was super helpful even called a couple tire places for me. He went up and above what alot of places would do for their customers! We used Auto-​Lab for business vehicles and I will be bringing my personal vehicle there soon!

I made a appointment using their online system the day before and asked if they would match prices of local places. I waited until 30 minutes before my appointment waiting to hear back from them until (a day later) I called them myself. Once I called they gave me to the person who «could do that». Once I explained why I was calling and that I never head back from them he said «just tell me what you need». Already I was thinking the customer service was poor but when I gave the prices and what it included that I wanted to match he actually laughed and said «No. Good luck finding any place who will even do it.» I then explained I found several that already said they would but I was just trying to find a place close to my work instead. His next response was «I would rather turn down a job than match that. You will not get good service or work for that price anywhere.»
If they didn’t want to match it fine, but to be rude about it? Not ok and I will never be taking any of our 4 cars there for anything. So on my next day off I will go to one of the other places where the prices are better and customer service has never been a issue.
Ps a radiator flush and changing a few spark plugs for $ 60.00 is NOT crazy. After I got off the phone with him I called 7 other places who all agreed to match that price with no problem.
