NOTICE TO GROUPONERS!
If you are interested in this business solely for the groupon offer, beware. They have a different groupon scheduling policy. If you are not using a groupon, you can walk in ANYTIME, without any kind of notice, and they are not busy, whatsoever. However, if you have a groupon, you will have to wait 2 ½−3 weeks, as they are «fully booked» on groupon only. I dont get that policy. It’s like a punishment for having a groupon. And btw, for a typica 4/​4s screen replacement, groupon charges you $ 79. However, if you just walk in, it’s 100. For $ 21 more, you could get an instant service. Ridiculous scheme.

I wish I could give less then one star for this one! I purchased a Groupon to have an Iphone 3g screen repaired. Here is what happened to me:
I ordered this as a gift. I called to schedule an appointment to have an iPhone 3g screen replaced. I was told there would be a 3-​week wait. The date I was given as an appointment time was one day after the expiration of my Groupon. I was not worried. I showed up on April 21^st at my appointment time, to find out that the unit needs to be charged. I waited there for about 40 min, but no charge on the phone. The phone had been uncharged for months. So, I was told that when I got a charge on the phone, come back. I returned the next day. I waited my turn (another 50 min.) and then waited for my phone to be repaired. 25 min later — I was informed that two screens were unresponsive. Pete (the owner and what appears to be the only worker) told me that he would call me the next day and drop it off at my home. The store is a 31 mile round trip for me!!!
No call — business hours are short, so when I could get around to calling back again — a week later — apparently, he was waiting for another new shipment of screens to try a different brand? Another promise to call in a week, another week and no call.
I call again — now, someone else he knows has the phone and is working on it??? Again, a promise to call — no call.
OK — it’s been a month today! He has had my phone for four weeks and has failed to communicate with me. I call again. Now he is short with me on the phone when I call!!! He says that he will have time to work on it tomorrow!?! Or I can pick it up… what?! I now have an un-​cracked screen that doesn’t work at all!!!
So now I get to drive out there — again — to pick up a phone that now doesn’t work and do what with it? Not to mention try to get my money back and figure it out. Remember — this is a gift for someone, so it is not my phone!
As far as I’m concerned — save yourself some time, aggravation and money and just STAY AWAY!

Just reading the comment from the company, makes me laugh! You can see the true character of this business owner come through. He is short, rude, immature, unprofessional and there continues to be no apology, only accusations. I informed you, Mr. Owner, (Pete is it?) that I would be taking the phone elsewhere to get fixed and that if there was any additional damage done to the phone I would send you the bill. You said that you would not pay for it, and this is when I said that I would take you to court if you did not. Lucky for both of us, I walked into a shop and they fixed your hack job the same day!!! I would never go back to this shop and will continue warning others. Buyer beware!
PS — I stand by my above statement, you did not call me and I have the phone bills to prove it!

Need to get my iphone repaired after not being able to hear callers. I was leary but thought I should have someone look at it instead of trying to fix it myself. The owner fixed it without having to replace anything (just a connection issue) and handed it back for no charge!
I will def be back and refer people here. It is reasonable prices, good work, and fast service. Only downside is they are not open weekends but I will deal with it.

Found this place by searching google. After seeing all the great reviews I went there to get my iPhone 4s screen fixed. I drop and broke it and apple would not fix it. I took it to this place And they fixed it within 30 minutes and my phone looks and feels brand new. Will highly recommend tho place to any of my friends who break there iPhones or droids.

I purchased the groupon several weeks ago for $ 79 for an iPhone 4 GSM or CDMA Screen Replacement (up to a $ 170 value). I took my iphone in today and had my screen replaced. I had several spots on my screen where it was damaged from me dropping it. My phone is good as new now. I would definitely go back if I had to have a screen replaced and recommend Cell It LIke New to anyone else who needs their iPhone screen or android screen replaced.

I dropped my HTC Thunderbolt in water 4 days after I bought it. Of course, I did what you’re supposed to do with rice, warm car for 3 days, etc., but it just went to a boot screen and stayed there. Verizon and HTC both told me it wasn’t repairable. I was about to spend another $ 350 to buy a used one on Ebay, but decided to research online if it could be rapaired first. I am so glad I did! I found this business close to where I work and called. Pete said to bring it in and he would look at it. I dropped it off and he said he would open it up and clean it out and try to reload the software, if it didn’t work, there’d be no charge. The next day I called and he had cleaned it, fixed a broken switch, and reloaded the software back to factory settings… all for only $ 50! I had the phone reactivated and it works like new! I am so grateful to for the excellent service. Thanks so much Pete, I will recommend you to everyone I know!
