My starter motor failed while I was out on an errand. They were prompt and fruendly in bringing out a tow truck, and calling me back with an estimate soon after. They did the work at a fair price and had my car ready when they said they would. I would definitely bring my cars here again, no hesitation.

A day ago, I would have given this a much higher review since they came promptly and did good work. However, yesterday I was charged one price, which I paid, and then today he called and asked me to pay an additional $ 100 because he «ran the numbers wrong» the first time.
I paid it to end our interaction, but I was very unhappy about the exchange. I think it’s unprofessional to call for extra money after I already paid what I was asked to, and I strongly disliked his tone overall. If you make a mistake like that, I think you need to eat it rather than hound me for more money.
