Brown’s Auto & Wrecker Service

My son had a accident and metro police called this service to come tow the car. 12 hours after the accident we went to retrieve all personal belongings and the tags off the car. I was told to do this by my insurance company. Once I told him what we planned to do. He said that until the insurance company took possession of the car this was the only way to invent the vehicle. I explained to him that the car wasn’t listed by the insurance company thru the tags and I was told to remove the tags by them. The insurance company uses the vehicles VIN # to identify the car not a tag. He was adamit that I couldn’t remove the tag. My son was on the phone with the man and tried to explain this to him but after 4 minutes of arrguing with my son he hung up in his face. How do rude people maintain a business when they treat customers with disrespect and are ungrateful for what is placed into their lap. I would never recommend this place to pull a hair off my butt much less my car to be towed to their facility. Ungrateful, rude, ignorant busniss practices should be punishable by law! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!
