History

Established in 2008.

In 2008 after seven years of dedicated service to my employer, I lost my job as Manager of Technical Services for a major healthcare organization in Madison WI. As you can imagine, I was devastated by this loss. I gave the company 110%, always received excellent reviews and thought my employment was secure for many years to come. I was wrong.

After the shock of losing my job, I was determined to move forward. The economy started its downturn earlier that year and employers were not hiring. Jobs which I qualified for were few and competition was tough. Because I had over twelve years of experience in Information Technology and the opportunities for employment were slim, I decided to start a Computer Repair and Consulting business. Growth of the business has been slow, but after two years I have built a small client base that continues to grow today.

Business Owner

Steve is a 15+ year information technology professional, who has worked for several of Wisconsin’s leading technology corporations. Steve started by repairing PC’s at American TV of Madison for several years. After becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, he consulted for many Wisconsin area companies like the VA Hospital, Trane Corporation and Kwik Trip Corporation. Most recently Steve was an Information Technology Director for Care Wisconsin in Madison.
