They are selling several pour over tools such as chemex, aeropress, clevers, but they don’t actually offer a pour over method. They have siphon or drip. It’s like the two opposite ends of over simplified blah to complicated and time consuming. And on top of that their drip was mediocre. The employee was nice enough but didn’t seem to know to much about what he was doing and we had to wait a long time with only two or three people in front of us. I’ve been to much better coffee shops in both time to serve and quality of the cup.

Came here today since I’m in the area for the Jingle Bell Jog. Being the avid local business consumer, I purchased a 2016 EatJXN card last week(I already had a 2015). So, I tried to use my 2016 EatJXN card that is supposed to be accepted at all EatJXN participating businesses immediately after buying it, but this Cups location stated they could not take the 2016 card until next year. Which is just incorrect, unfortunately. But, I had replaced my 2015 card with my 2016, so I couldn’t get my upsized coffee. Not the end of the world, but I feel as though communication and accuracy of information are very important, and they failed in that department. I have been here a few times before, and I think they have a great store and typically good service, so I still give them an A-OK.

Blueberry drip coffee is delicious! Blondie Latte is divine! Beautiful location. Bumpy drive through. Be sure to try the Southern Pecan.

I have never been inside as I tend to like a quick pick-me-up from the drive thru. I always order a brunette latte or frapp depending on the weather. The price is a little less expensive than Starbucks and the menu is much simpler. The baristas are very sweet. The only thing that bugs me is the wait time. They are a tad slow when it comes to fulfilling an order. But other than that, I really like this Cups location.

The Baristas are friendly & working their tails off! But the wait is ridiculous! They need more employees. Great Espresso!

I get a café mocha every morning. Staff is always friendly and the mocha really gets my day started right.

No prices on the drive thru menu, mediocre service and nondescript lattes. My husband liked his better than I liked mine.

What a bummer this place has become. The Italian soda tastes like a dead man farted in my mouth. The pastry and food selection is a pale shadow of what they used to be. But I decided to go one last time because I didn’t feel like driving all the way to barnes and noble.(I try to avoid driving past my old high school if I can help it.) Well, because there was a long drive-thru line, I decided to go inside. There was an elderly lady in front of me who could not figure out the coffee bags to save her life. The one chick behind the counter tried to help her – repeatedly. The lady was like, «Just let the woman behind me go first.»(I being the woman) But the counter chick would not take her suggestion, did not acknowledge my existence even though she looked me right in the eye, and continued trying to help the lady. It would have been nice if she had said, «Would you mind if I helped her out?» I would have totally been cool with that. I wasn’t in a hurry. It was just the lack of acknowledgement that bothered me. As if I wasn’t even there. After several more minutes of the elderly lady not being able to find the coffee and telling the counter chick to help me first, and the counter chick continuing to ignore me, the counter chick came out from behind the counter and began digging in the coffee bags as well. That’s when I took my cue to leave.

This is definitely the best Cups I’ve been too. Amazing customer service: the baristas serve with a smile and treat you as if you’re the only person there, yet they’re still speedy enough to get through all the customers with quality. Awesome coffee: I’m a total coffee snob and picky about my espresso. My pumpkin white mocha was perfect and the flavor was well balanced between sweet white chocolate and smooth espresso. I got it iced and they even have special espresso ice cubes. Affordable prices: I would’ve paid a dollar or two more for the same drink at Starbucks and the service would not have been near as pleasant and the espresso not nearly as smooth and perfect. This is my fave coffee place for sure in Northwest greater Jackson!

If you are in the Jackson, Canton, Madison area you will be hard pressed to find a Starbucks. Being an out of town visitor I was really trying hard to find a Starbucks especially since they are all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I checked Unilocal and I found only one and the person I was visiting suggested Cups, she has only been there 2 months but she said Cups was the local coffee shop. The location is really nice, bright and airy unlike Starbucks which are all dark and dreary now that I think about it. The staff was very friendly but I was missing the large drink menu I’m accustomed to. No worries everything was clearly written out but I didn’t see any prices. I order one of the 2 special drinks that were listed by the counter. A Maple latte and had it made with almond milk which I do prefer over soy milk. The drink was really good and even had a decorative leaf in the foam. I think the price was comparable to Starbucks and next time I’m in Canton I’ll stop at Cups for coffee drink.

This is by far the best Cups in Mississippi! The baristas are very knowledgeable and kind. My favorite drink is a Brunette which includes caramel, hazelnut, and Ghirardelli™ dark chocolate combined with steamed milk and brewed coffee, and no one makes it better than the Cups in Madison!

Decent coffee if a bit overpriced. My biggest complaint is the lack of seating. Wife and I both enjoyed the coffee blends we ordered here and I agree it is better than Starbucks. If you love coffee and are just in and out this place is great.

Better than the high priced Bucks from the stars. I will buy my coffee locally
