Dirty Ducts Cleaning Environmental & Insulation

Awesomesauce! My husband and I recently purchased a house built in the 1950’s, and we were told that the previous two owners (the one we bought it from, and the one he bought it from) both had 2 cats and 2 dogs. So that, coupled with the age of the home, prompted us to get our ducts cleaned. We could see just by looking in the registers that they were gross. And boy were they!
The technician came out on time, was very friendly, and did a great job. He explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions, and even offered to help me move my 2 kitties between closed rooms so they didn’t get out. Once he was done, he showed me a bunch of before and after pictures (which I have uploaded for your enjoyment) and even printed a few for me to keep so I could gross out my relatives (which I must say is a brilliant marketing strategy because everyone I’ve shown them to is now planning to get theirs done). =)
I’ve heard horror stories on tv of people being ripped off, or told they have mold and upsold, and there was none of that. This is a very honest company that does quality work. I was very pleased.
Two tips– There is a coupon for $ 50 off in the phone book. Use it. And if you’re going to get this done, do so in nice weather. I made the mistake of having them out on a freezing cold day in late November– it was awful. They have to turn the heat off, and have a door wide open for their for their huge vacuum hose. I had to sit under a pile of blankets for a few hours to keep warm. Brrr!!!

I chose Dirty Ducts to clean my heating and dryer vents based on good reviews and that I have seen them in the neighborhood. I was very pleased. Jeremy and Mike were very respectful, taking off their shoes before entering the house. They also worked with me so that my kitty could stay in a room instead of her carrier. At the end they provided me with before and after pictures.
