Very bad place. They are expensive and do not even read the labels of clothes. Staff seems untrained. I would avoid at all costs. I think everyone in Madison would benefit if more cleaners opened in Madison, the only reason Klinke is in business is a lack of market competition.

This place preys on students. I paid $ 16.50 per men’s suit, and they just threw my suits on a wire hanger. They couldn’t even bother to spend a couple extra cents on card board to protect the suit from the hanger.

I’m impressed with Klinke’s use of technology(it’s very nice to get a text to know when your clothes are ready) and the same day service for clothes in by 10AM. HOWEVER, I came only to have stains removed on 2 items, and they couldn’t remove the stains on one of them … and still charged $ 16+ for that item. Darn near criminal if you ask me.

The teenagers who work here are not even logical in their customer care but there is one adult Latina woman who takes customer service seriously. If you get her both coming and going you will be in good hands. Otherwise prepare to be frustrated by mediocrity. Also they don’t get stains out well.

Klinke’s has earned my business by their great service and modern conveniences. This location has a drive through! The text alerts are great as well. Thanks for bringing dry cleaning into the 21st century.

This place is terrible. Uneven creases, misspelling of my name, no onsite seamstress and couldn’t get mud out. Mud. Go anywhere else.

Somebody please open up an independent dry cleaners downtown. Anybody but Klinke. For starters, if they machine press your shirts they smash the collars — not what I want for $ 100 custom-made shirts. So I ask for them to hand-press the shirt — almost $ 9. To dry clean a comforter — $ 38. Oh, and a comforter doesn’t count as a «piece» so I can’t use the $ 5 coupon. And when I downloaded the«app» to see the«exclusive» coupons there was one whole coupon. Their only redeeming grace is «in by 10 out by 4». They have held true to that. But downtown desperately needs an independent dry cleaners to give these guys some competition.
