Business Owner

Burt Cavanaugh, CR — VP of Sales

Burt is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and studied computer systems at Milwaukee School of Engineering. After college he worked in the construction industry where eventually he ventured into contractor sales and perfected the in-​home sales methodology. He is a Certified Remodeler through NARI.

Ben Lindberg, CR — VP of Business Development

Ben hails from Twin Cities area and attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. He has roots in geography, dentistry, and construction management. He has a real passion for knowledge and technical aspects of our business. He is a Certified Remodeler through NARI.

Marlena Cavanaugh — CEO | Lead Designer

Marlena is a Native of Poznan, Poland and has her MBA in Marketing and Management/​Finance and Accounting from WSZiB. She is multi-​lingual with knowledge of French, English and Polish. She comes from Cavanaugh Enterprises, LLC a successful company she has built since 2003.
