This store does not even deserve a star. Horrible, horrible quality and service.
The boss and an orange headed women who worked their do NOT care about their customers, it’s obvious to me and my family that they only care about money.
My father owns a business himself and they do anything possible to make their customers happy, even if the customers are rude. Mirage does not do that and certainly don’t satisfy their customers.
They did not tell us their return policy AFTER we bought a dress. We came back to pick it up since they shortened it so it could fit my daughter and she wouldn’t be dragging it. When we went home, we noticed that they cut the dress too short because it came up my daughters ankles. When we came to return it, they told us their return policy and said we could not return it. Which was awful because we paid $ 250 for that!
The boss is full of greed and only wants money from what I experienced. He yelled at us when we insisted that there should be something done because my daughters prom was in a week. They ended up kicking us out.
I do NOT recommend going to this place, awful customer service and selfish employers.
If you are in East Towne Mall, I recommend going to Tiger Lily. It’s a bit more expensive, but better quality compared to Mirage.
Really disappointed and unsatisfied.
