History

Established in 1995.

Some time ago, I started experimenting with different combinations of styles to complement the primary Rolfing series and to really allow me to customize treatment plans designed to treat the symptoms of each client and to be supportive of each person’s individual personal needs. While Rolfing remains the core focus for most of my clients, each year I search for different techniques to provide the best possible treatment plan for you, my client. Typically, we’ll start out with a Rolfing series, but there are occasions when using a technique such as Rossiter is a better place to start — determining the approach is something we do at your initial consultation when you tell me about yourself.

Kristen Williams is a Certified Advanced Rolfer and Nationally Licensed Deep Tissue Massage Therapist. She recently moved her 15 year practice from Naples Florida to Madison Wisconsin and is excited to be meeting a new clientele. Kristen uses her highly empathic senses to «listen» to the body, determining how best to help clients achieve and maintain healthy balance in their lives. Employing a combination of Rolfing, Deep Tissue Massage and other complementary wellness techniques, Kristen designs specific wellness programs that have provided tremendous benefits to her clients’ health and emotional well-​being.
