I’ve lived here since 2008 or so, this place is getting worse over the years
You either have an option to buy or rent a condo here. The condos are not bad themselves.
If you own the condo, you have to take care of the inside yourself but if you have problems on the outside your HOA fee should take care of it. Unfortunately the HOA fees keep rising up… and what used to be a pool a few years ago, doesn’t exist anymore. Unfortunately condos are going down hill. It doesn’t help that I see more neighbors that are dealing/​doing drugs…
