Amazing! Don’t hesitate just book your appointment. Jamie does my color and I’ve had Melissa and Tyler cut and blow out my hair. I’ve only been to the salon twice thus far but I won’t be going anywhere else ever again. The service is consistent and the employees are professional and very pleasant. If you want to feel good when you leave, I highly recommend this salon.

I went to Tyler for color and cut after a friend recommended her, and I couldn’t be happier. She totally understood what I wanted and I LOVE my color. When I came home, my fiancé commented on how good my hair looked, which he has NEVER done before. I definitely plan on going back to Tyler and highly recommend her. Thanks Tyler!!!

I have been here for color and for a facial. Everyone is wonderful here. Coco did a wonderful job evaluating my hair before we chose the right color. I love it! Lisa was wonderful and really evaluated my skin. I came out so relaxed and refreshed. Great find in Madison. Will be back soon.

I had my first appointment with her last Saturday, which was recommended by my mom, Terese Howey, who has had several in the past few months. I can’t say enough kind words about her! She was so sweet and genuine, made me feel so comfortable, and did a phenomenal job — my skin looks AMAZING now!
I’d be surprised if I’m the first one who has reached out to let you know this, but wanted to say something just in case. Lisa’s such a great addition to the salon, and I look forward to many more visits with her.

I did at first appreciate the call I received right after the review I posted. But it also meant that they knew all along that this happened and only acted on it after the public complaint. During the call they tried to convince me that I was late… no, honey. I waited over 15 minutes and tried to keep working with my project binder. What is the point of a call if it is not a real apology.
Oh forget it. Insult to injury and want me to come in for a free haircut? Did I ever ask for a freebie?
Too bad because Maria is great at cutting and miss her.

I LOVE THIS SALON! I have been going here for years. Everything about this place is great. It’s immaculate. The Owner is awesome. The colorists and hair stylists are all fantastic. The blow outs are gorgeous. It is a very professional environment and they are all up on the latest trends. The make up artist is excellent and only uses the best products. The facials are amazing! They are, by far, the best salon on the shoreline.

I have been here MANY, MANY times. If I checked in every time I go here I would probably have over 300 check-​ins over the last five years. So, I know exactly what an awesome service/​experience in a salon should be.
Pretty much everyone in the salon has blown out /​styled my hair. They are all pretty good here, but I must say that Elle is my absolute favorite hands down, no contest. She is the only person that I actually let CUT my hair.
As for a Keratin treatment (as my hair is a sponge for humidity), I think Maria is the very best. No contest.
If you want incredibly awesome highlights, NO ONE does them like Timmy (only I ever call him that), He paints them free hand right into my hair, and they always come out incredibly well.
As I said, everyone here does a good job (from cut to color to styling, so regardless of your choice, you should have a good experience.

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve been to Danielle, Jamie, Coco, Natalie and Mariya for a haircut. The reason I’ve been to them all is cause of my busy schedule and be fact that I live so far away, so I schedule with whoever is available when I can come. That being said, the last 3 times I was there, I get my usual highlights, toner and the Kerastase treatment. All costing me around $ 240 plus tip. The last few times, the service was mediocre. I say that cause I come in and ask for them not to do any gold in my hair. No gold toner at all. I always emphasize that, and that I want cooler, beige, sandy tones. Well the last few times, I ended up with nothing else but golden highlights. They offered for me to come back and fix it but I always tell the girls to just do what I asked for cause I live so far and have a busy schedule so I can’t drive whenever they want me to. And my haircut with Mariya was definitely not worth the money. I asked for a wispy cut, I get more of a blunt cut. All that being said, I love the girls and nobody’s been nasty to me, (that’s what the 3 stars are for) I just don’t think it’s worth to spend that much money on something you’re not happy with. I think that was my last time there since 2011

I want to hear for the first time a few weeks ago because it was recommended to me by my former stylist. She recommended that I see her friend Natalie who is a stylist at the salon.
Upon meeting Natalie she was very welcoming and didn’t amazing job. The entire staff at the salon are top notch. The salon only uses the highest quality products on their clients.
They offer a full variety of services to their clients, and I would highly recommend that you make an appointment try them out. They are conveniently located.

I have always been very pleased with the service at Timothy Pamment Salon. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I walk through the doors, I know I am in good hands. I have worked with Coco, Brea and Elle and they are all amazing! What I especially love is their attention to detail — they have very high standards in their work and I trust them fully. I always look forward to getting beautified at Timothy Pamment and fully recommend them!

New to the area… saw the reviews on Unilocal and booked an appt… The cut is fantastic and the color fresh! The receptionists were friendly & attentive — offering beverages… they call day before to confirm… Even Timothy was there when I got my cut and he was welcoming and friendly, doing a cut himself… Katie was my stylist — Love her… Coco my colorist — Love her too! Didn’t get her name, but the gal who washed my hair was wonderful! GREAT SALON! HIGHLY RECOMMEND… It was very expensive and I expected that based on what I needed to get done… and I will go back to see how it it in «normal» circumstances. I’m hoping for me personally it won’t be out of my price range… cuz I love it!

I’m writing this for city girls gone country who are scared of getting their haircut in a strip mall. I basically picked the most expensive salon I could find in southeastern CT and it totally paid off. Not only were they just as great as any salon I’d been to in Boston (over 10 years I’d been around) but they were better. Coco actually did what I’ve been asking for all along. I have lots of highlights and I always seem to leave the salon blonder that I came in – even when I say I’m interested in getting back to my low maintenance dark blonde natural color. Coco made a plan to get me back to my natural color over time and did exactly what I asked for. The cut was decent – I’m sure no one gets to flex their skills on long layers. Will return over and over!

It was time for a change of style and my friends coached me into updating. I was on vacation and it was scary to put your appearance into an unknown stylist and do such a drastic change. Encouraged by my friends I made the appointment. The receptionist was reassuring and she told me that Maria was a master stylist. Results were exceptional and I would return if only I lived about 2500 miles closer. Maybe next year for a trim. I thank the other Unilocal reviewers that took time to make comment as it helped me have the leap of faith.

This salon is great. Jamie is a great colorist, she made getting full highlights a pleasant and efficient experience, which is not the usual case for me. She also suggested that I get two tones of highlights (at no extra cost), which really worked out. Everyone in this place was really nice and professional. One of the best hair salon places I’ve been to, including the more expensive places in Manhattan. Would definitely go here again. They also let you blowdry your own hair if you want so you don’t have to pay another $ 50 or something if you are not going out that day, which I find to be very considerate since I don’t like sitting there for an extra 30 minutes and have people tugging on my hair when there is no need.

The five stars is for Terri. She is absolutely the most amazing person in the salon for short hair cuts and color! I have shorter hair… and needed an update. She was able to look at me, my facial structure, and know what needed to be done to highlight my face. The products that the salon uses are top of the line and amazing. I purchased the Oribe and Shu Uemura. Nothing has ever compared to these products.

I strongly recommend this salon for their expertise in colorists and stylists! I did A LOT of research on hair salons before deciding on Timothy Pamment and ultimately chose their salon because of the owner’s training and education as well as the staff’s. They also use and retail high end hair products. The receptionist, Bree, was super friendly and accommodating when I called to schedule an appt for a color and cut. Just so happened that I lucked out with Jamie, a brilliant colorist (I LOVE MY BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS), and Coco, a skilled stylist who took time style my hair and also instructed me on how to do it. Jamie and Coco both worked together to select the best products for my hair (knowing I was on a budget), which was very helpful and appreciated! I absolutely loved my experience there and my hair looked amazing when I left the salon!

I went to Timothy Pamment Salon to see Melissa for partial blond highlights and a hair cut. Melissa at TPS was AMAZING! She was super attentive, asked questions, and listened to my likes and dislikes when it comes to blond highlights. She offered suggestions on how to improve my color (I was a little overprocessed from years of highlighting). She also suggested products to protect color treated hair from drying out. I loved the highlights and low lights that she suggested to give my hair a more natural look.
Melissa is young and trendy and her work is modern — this is not your mom’s hairstylist.
The salon is clean and chic. Receptionist and assistant were both friendly!
I recently moved to Boston and I had a really bad experience with highlights and paid way too much only to leave unhappy. SO I’m so happy to find quality and value (appx $ 110) from Melissa. (I went to TPS because I was visiting family in Madison and I was desperate for good color without the city prices in Boston $ 200+. TPS is a hidden gem outside of the city.)
The cut was great. She cleaned up my long layers and dead ends. Everything looked even and great. She finished with a blow out. PERFECTION!
Will continue to go to Melissa in Madison even though I have to commute from Boston!
