Vasilis’ Take Five: Vittles & Vices is a family-owned Greek and fusion food restaurant with a full bar (beer, wine, and spirits for cocktails) located at 901 Williamson «Willy» Street on the near east side of Madison, Wisconsin, just a few short blocks from downtown and the Capitol square. We are at the stoplight on the corner of Willy and Paterson Streets.

Vasilis excels at crafting and delivering Greek, French, Caribbean, and world-fusion dishes with inventive sauces and accompaniments that impress and fulfill the customer. He has earned a reputation as a self-starter who confidently and efficiently manages business– and cuisine-related challenges, working extremely well under pressure and thriving in an imaginative, fast-paced environment. Vasilis’ background includes extensive work in gastronomy, restaurant management, customer service, and accounting. He is fluent in English, Greek, and conversational Spanish.
