Opal Day Spa

I was visiting my grandfather for the weekend in Madras and fortunately found the best spa in town, Opal Day Spa! The services were customized to my needs — and although it had been a stressful week, little sleep, lots of flying (I am a flight attendant), I resurfaced from the treatments feeling 10 years younger. I had an express facial, propel and a Bio-​Laure mask. The accommodations were amazing and the level of expertise Sarah was outstanding. I also purchased France Laure’s «Nutri-​Laure» line of skincare. I am loving it. It hydrates and freshens my tired and dry skin. I would make this a monthly (or weekly) visit if only I lived in Madras. I will definitely return when I visit my grandfather again. Thank you Sarah!

So far I’ve had very good experiences at this spa. The service is excellent and their products don’t cause my skin to break out.

OKAY, so first of all, your nail tech said it was okay that I put «crazy glue» on there because she couldn’t get to me for some time. The nail I put the glue on was my left ring finger, my left PINKY was the one that was completely ruined. Yeah I got a bandaid and some antibiotic cream, so tell me how me putting glue on one nail that cracked in half magically spread to all my fingers and ruined all my nails. Maybe my nails shouldn’t have been dremeled sooooooooo thin that when trying to pop off a nail with a cuticle pusher it went through my actual nail. But keep trying to make it seem like I’m the one that did this to my nails? Uh I think not. You guys need to get your shit together that’s beyond just fucked. Like how fucking ignorant are you to think that fucking GLUE did that to my damn nails! Get off your high horse and fucking make sure things are being done properly in your damn hell hole, maybe train your staff not to talk shit about you to the clients. That wasn’t very professional of her, oh and neither is acting like a twat in your comment. I’m 2,000% sure that you don’t even believe that dumb shit. Fucking crazy glue? Haha how about get nail techs that do their job right and properly, you know how it’s supposed to be. All you guys give a Fuck about is fucking getting money from people that go in there. Stuck up ass, ignorant, fucking inconsiderate, money hungry fucking twat. What makes you think that I have no knowledge about any of that shit? Like no one else has gone to Phagans? Lol. Again, be the boss I know you oh so desperately want to be, put your big girl panties on, fucking take responsibility of what happened don’t make fucking excuses or try to Fucking blame everything on me. Quit being the most stuck up money hungry fucking place in Madras.

Love, Love this spa! I’ve been to other day spas for different services, and always find myself returning back to Opal Day Spa. The service is great! The staff are genuinely interested in what my goals and desires for any service that I’ve requested and how they can help me the best.
I highly recommend the addition of essential oils to any treatment! Not only is it relaxing, the benefits for emotional support and health are amazing! Also, I love getting makeovers and any nail service.
