Davam Urgent Care

Very very pleased with this urgent care facility. It was clean and very welcoming. The staff was so nice and very professional. From the Dr. to. the nurses — everyone was wonderful.

I took my two year old daughter here for what appeared to be a REALLY bad staph infection on her toe. I read the rave reviews about Davam and figured I’d give it a try.
We were taken back within 10 minutes and saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes. We were ultimately referred to Texas Children’s downtown, but our experience at Davam was fantastic. Staff was friendly, patient with my daughter, and genuinely expressed concern for her condition. They thoroughly explained what was going on and what the next steps to treat her should be. They followed up at the end of the day to see how she was doing and if we needed anything else, which I thought was nice.
I honestly could not praise them enough. With three kids, we will more than likely be in need of urgent care in the future, and I won’t be taking them anywhere else.

Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Easy checkin process. 2^nd time here and the same results. I would recommend this clinic.

After battling a fever for a few days. we couldn’t get a appointment right away with our pediatrician so I decided to stop by Davam clinic.
We were seen quite quick for a urgent care. The staff was pleasant and kind. The doctor treated my son right away and was knowledgeable about the symptoms and answered all my questions. He also made my son feel comfortable and reassured him of his illness.
Overall the visit was quite nice compared to other clinics. I will be back and recommend to everyone.

After 2 weeks and going to two other urgent care places with zero help, I was in a bad place.
My sore throat was so swollen and inflamed that even breathing hurt, I had a fever, and had lost hope. The only other time I had pain like this was when I had my wisdom teeth out, except this was worse. My Mom found this place and dragged me in as a last ditch effort…
First of all, this clinic is beautiful. But the best part was the doctor I saw, Dr. Payman. He jumped right into action. I got a steroid/​antibiotic shot because of the severity of my condition, as well as three perscriptions. He went beyond that, and gave me multiple tests and sent a culture out to figure out what exactly was the cause of this nastiness.
After taking all of this I was able to take a nap (first time sleeping in 2 days). When I woke up, my symptoms were seriously 75% gone. Magic. I am so thankful for the caring treatment I recieved at Davam. I couldn’t have asked for more. If you are looking for a competent staff in a professional and welcoming setting, this is the place for you.

I came in on a Sunday morning and was quickly taken back and seen by their staff. They have a lot of nurses and rooms, so there was no wait time. The doctor and nurses were empathetic and willing to spend a lot of time answering my questions and doing a thorough exam. I would absolutely come back in the future.

We were greeted very rudely and asked to sign in. We sat and sat without any acknowledgement even though two people were at the desk. We decided to leave after a long wait. Don’t go there

Awesome place. Came in with a sprained ankle. Staff was very friendly and informative. They were gentle and explained everything to me that was happening. The place looked amazing and felt comfortable. I hate going to the doctors but they all put me at ease.

My son and I both were sick on a Sunday and we went in. We had 3 people waiting ahead of us so I won’t ding them for the 45 minute wait to be called back. But my son didn’t mind at all because they have little tablets there for kids, with sanitizing wipes! Other than wait, it was excellent experience. Very nice facility, awesome staff, nurse was so kind and very good doctor. I didn’t feel rushed but they run an efficient operation. They had a great selection of stickers for my son. I even got a flower because it is Mother’s Day. If we need an urgent care again, this is definitely where we are going!

I am lowering my review due to a follow up issue I had. My daughter did her follow up with her pediatrician and they had a culture done to look for bacteria growth. Apparently the days of theirs overlapped with Davam’s. We were in the urgent care Saturday afternoon and I received a call on Wednesday that I missed. I figured it was one of those follow-​up, how is she doing type of calls. I didn’t call back. I received a call Thursday saying there were lab results. I called back and was told that she had growth in her culture and her antibiotic wasn’t the one she needed to get well. The woman I spoke to, I believe her name was Amanda, seemed very confused as to what my daughter was currently taking and what she was being put on. Even after she supposedly got the chart in her hands. She asked for a pharmacy to call the new prescription in to. (Which, it would be extremely nice if that was included in the initial patient paperwork.) I gave her the name, explained that I did not have the number on me, and repeated the street they were located on in Conroe twice before confirming a third time when she repeated the street back to me. I then called my pharmacy to make sure that they called me as soon as it went in so she could start it that night. They agreed and 30 minutes later I called back, nothing. I called the urgent care and they hadn’t called it in. I explained to the woman (Crystal) that my pharmacy closed in 30 minutes and if they could call it in asap I would appreciate it. She agreed and we hung in. My pharmacy never got it. So I called back 30 minutes later to ask them to send it to cvs so that I could get it that night and she said «We did send it. To the pharmacy you said, on research forest.» It made me mad that they got the pharmacy on the wrong street, in the wrong city, after we repeated and confirmed this so many times. It finally went to cvs and I picked it up. It was a different medication than she told me it would be on the phone also. Extreme confusion on her part. As a parent I really don’t appreciate any of it. My daughter only had a kidney infection but had it been anything else I would have definitely called and given someone a piece of my mind over the phone.
The next day my pediatrician calls and says her cultures came back clear and that every level is normal. He was confused as to why they changed her prescription. And now so am I.
After my initial experience where I was happy with the doctor and nurses, I’m just not sure about Davam as a whole. I need to feel that everyone works as a team, with the parents/​patients, to ensure that every step is properly taken. I just felt frustrated in the end and not happy with attention paid to detail.

I cannot sing the praises of this facility enough! I came in completely useless after having a migraine for almost a week. With a history of chronic migraines I felt almost certain there was nothing they could do… boy was I wrong! The staff at the entire facility are so amazing!
My five year old daughter was terrified that she was going to end up getting shots, even though the visit was for me, but the nurses were so great about distracting her when o had to get my IV started. Nurse Amanda (I think!) was INCREDIBLE. She took such good care of me and my daughter.
When our first plan of treatment didn’t work Dr. Layman came back in with a back-​up plan. After that started helping he helped me understand my further options and agreed on a course of treatment together.
Dr. Pathan and RN Amanda are an amazing team and the entire staff was fantastic. What a clean facility and wonderful, inviting atmosphere. I wouldn’t normally say this but I can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for helping me and Getting me back on the road. I appreciate it!

Clean facility, pleasant and polite staff and physician, efficient and effective treatment… We will be back!

Great office and Dr’s and Staff. Feels more like a real professional clinic then and urgent care. Highly recommend.

I needed to have some staples removed from a fall I had. I did not have them put in there, just removed. I did not have a appointment. I walked in and was seen within 10 minutes tops. Very professional, clean office, no issues at all. Doctor was informative and was done removing 12 staples in 5 minutes.

I was in Houston visiting family this past weekend and unfortunately had an accident that required me to go to Urgent Care. I ended up at Davam Urgent Care and from the very beginning was very impressed. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful in regards to my insurance/​payments. All of the staff that worked with me after were also friendly and seemed interested in making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Payman was amazing! Super nice and explained everything to me clearly. I left within an hour, diagnosed properly and on my way to healing. The next day I needed to get some reports from the office to my doctor here in Chicago and Dr. Payman got on the phone with me personally and made sure I got everything that I needed. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care services.

Since it’s the Thanksgiving holiday my doctor was on vacation so his office staff recommended I stop in here for my urgent care-I’m so glad they did.
I was happy no one else was here when I stopped in which meant not a long wait time. The waiting area is gorgeous. Decorated in warm colors with two televisions, one with cartoons and iPads for kids like mine who had to wait for me. A gourmet coffee maker and a fridge with bottled water was also a nice treat.
The most important aspect of this urgent care center is that a physician is onsite. I know that sounds ridiculous but a few weeks ago I was in an urgent care center not far from here where only a nurse was on hand! Huh?
The doctor was super friendly and he took his time talking with me and providing the medical attention I needed. All the staff was very professional and nice which is what you want when you’re not feeling your best.
Tri-​care insurance and Aetna taken here too. It’s located across from the Home Depot in a stand alone building.
I highly recommend you come in-​but I hope you don’t have to!

Much gratitude to Dr Payman and all staff on duty today for exceptional service! It was very refreshing to be able to communicate with professionals who take time and care to answer all questions patiently and politely, addressing all of patient’s concerns with kindness and understanding. The facility is amazing too — brand new, super clean and inviting, beautiful décor! The service was prompt, all paperwork super-​easy and can be filled out in advance (just print from the website). So grateful to have access to quality medical care on a week-​end! Thank you, Davam Care!

This place was great. Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff. Glad I found it. I sprained my ankle and needed an X-​ray to see if it was broken. They did great work. Cool doctor. I high recommend this urgent care.
