I have been in the repair business for 40 years and Love what I do. I am retired from the Houston Fire Department in 2008 after 30 years of service and went into my bussiness full time that I built over the last 40 year’s.

I believe a person spends alot of money on their vehicle to meet their own needs in life. I believe the insurance companies have a right to repair the vehicles and don’t believe in the use of aftermarket part’s. Cars are supposed to look like new after repairs and not patched.

I am a hand’s on shop owner and deal personally with every aspect of the repair from start to finish.

Customer satisfaction is means everything to me and my business.

I will not compromise the repair of any vehicle because of the safety to my customers and their family that ride around in the vehicles that were repaired at Ella Paint & Body Shop
