We are a small newly developed RV Park on 3 acres with lots of trees, hot showers, restrooms, laundry, storage buildings for rent and sites with full hooks for 30 or 50 amp service. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis. We specialize in long term rental spaces with monthly cookouts, free WIFI and secure electronic gate entry.

History

Established in 2014.

This is a one of kind RV Park developed to be unlike any other. Each tenant applies for a space much like they would an apartment.

Manager

Louie has been a Texas real estate professional since 1982. He has traveled extensively in RVs all over the USA. He saw a demand for an picturesque, secure type of RV park that would cater to winter Texans, retirees and singles who want to live long term in their RV.
