I just came here with my sister, in which we ordered three drinks from a very non friendly employee who you could tell hated his job. We both got iced white chocolate mochas with whipped cream and an ice water. When we got our drinks, they tasted like straight syrup, no matter how much we stirred them. Then I asked if we could get a drink carrier and the employee said«yes» then walked away to help someone else. Disgusting drinks and terrible service. Not impressed.

This is the worst Starbucks– rude Baristas, totally incompetent and the slowest service ever. I frequent Starbucks at least five times a week and I get the same drink every time so I have an appreciation of the time it takes and how it should taste the new mobile order through the app is awesome but on four separate occasions at this location they have not even started the mobile order when I have arrived-stay away from this place!

The only reason for the 1 star is there is not an option for zero. If only they had better management! The product is the product but the service is what differentiates a $ 5 cup of coffee. I have been in 3 times in the past month and every time I think the service can’t get any worse but it does. Empty milk gallons on the floor, the trash overflowing, 2 hours after they open the deli case half full, the baristas don’t listen — ask for chocolate milk in a cup and am handed the box, ask for and pay for a breakfast sandwich but they«forget to put it in the oven», the line is wrapped around the building 5 people on the clock but only 2 are actually working. Again ALL of this could be rectified with effective management. I guess be they are the only coffee place thus they continue to have substantial business. PLEASESOMEONE from Starbucks corporate intercede as I do love my Starbucks coffee but cannot continue with this atrocious service!!!

I absolutely dread this location… Unclean(evident by unkept floors, tables n flying insects) n location is ALWAYS Poorly staffed(just now on a Saturday at 11am… 10 cars in line n upon going inside to order vs drive thru. 3 unenthusiastic and slow workers). A location and team is only as good as the management team… And this location sorely missed an easy mark to hit. Starbucks. You’re so much better than this. Bump up your game and make this prime real estate a desirable destination…

Not a bad location. Building looks new and clean. Ordered the oatmeal dry with blueberries. We like to our own water in so we can have the perfect texture. Sometimes they put too much water in. They ended up giving us blueberries and all the nuts from the two different kinds of oatmeal so. Sitting area is nice and clean.

Worst Starbucks ever. Employees yelling and yapping at their customers. Loud and completely unprofessional. Unbelievably slow. Just saw employee cough all over the espresso machine. Don’t come here. I have never had an issue with this location before, but oh my lord. Farah, the woman working the drive thru? RUDEST woman I have EVER come across. I have my boyfriend’s 4 year old sitting in the car asking me «why is this lady so mean?» As she gives us a major attitude in the drive thru. There was a woman outside wiping off the speaker, and she let us know that this woman is always like this… My boyfriend canceled our order, drives up to the window and asks for the manager. The woman was eager to ignore us, roll her eyes, and blurt out«I DON’T CARE!» then mouth the words over and over again. She was sure to tell us repeatedly, she was not going to go get the manager, and we could just«come inside» and get him ourselves. I went inside to speak to the manager, Mike, who seemed rudely indifferent. Farah just scoffed the entire time, so once I got back to the car, my boyfriend went inside to speak to someone who would actually attempt to care and handle the situation properly. David, the cashier, was nice enough to give him his coffee for free, but began to get uneasy and aggravated when my boyfriend began to ask for the drive thru woman’s name. After asking another time, David asked for my boyfriends name! No one seemed to know ANY of the other employees names, and seconds after I spoke to the manager, they told him that the manager was«too busy» to talk. I don’t want to come off as a «woodlands» you know what, but this was absolutely insane. I have never dealt with this type attitude from ANY business, ever. The only thing that I can honestly say was worse, was the strung out woman who came barging into my work place spewing profanity and trying to fight people. So I hope that comparison can paint a picture for you. We will be sure to call corporate and speak with someone who is actually concerned about the way Starbucks employees behave. Won’t ever be going back to that location! Save your money!

Another one star review because I can’t give negative stars. Holy crap does anybody from management look at the reviews on here? This is without a doubt the slowest Starbucks that I’ve ever been to in my life. What’s worse is that they trap you in the drive-through line with their concrete curb so once you place your order you’re in purgatory until they get ready to fill it.

I’ve lived here for awhile and have been to this particular Starbucks tons of times. Good food, and coffee. Mediocre service. I’ve never had a problem with them messing up my order. The MAIN problem is that this is the only Starbucks with a drive thru around this area. The intersection it is on the corner of is absolute hell everyday. This causes the store to be super busy pretty much constantly. The parking and drive thru set up is poor and yes the service is slower than other Starbucks stores I’ve been to but it’s also so much busier and smaller than those.

This is by far the absolute WORST Starbucks I’ve EVER been to… and I’ve been to MANY worldwide !!! I’m a creature of habit and I order the same exact thing every single visit(tall mocha frapp with mocha drizzle on top and a blueberry muffin) and they NEVEREVER get it right! Well, how can they mess up the muffin, that’s always good. The frapp is consistently watered down chocolate milk, it’s disgusting! They either put a massive amount of the mocha drizzle in the bottom of the cup or none at all. Sometimes it’s a few squirts of whipped cream and others too much. Don’t they had some kind of guide or template that all Starbucks worldwide use to make their drinks consistent? I moved in this area 4 months ago and have given them 100 chances to make it right to no avail! Their management is rude and staff rarely even gives you a napkin with the food you have to eat by hand! I”M DONE!

Not a great Starbucks, by any means. I stopped at this location for the first time last week and ordered a venti chai tea latte recently. It was by far the worst one I have ever had — it tasted like a mix of a chai tea latte and a carmel apple cider! Yuck! However, I had already waited nearly 25 minutes to get my drink/luke warm breakfast sandwich in the drive-through and was already on the road when I noticed it, so I didn’t have time to take it back. I’ll be avoiding this Starbucks from now on.

This is the filthiest, mostly poorly managed Starbucks I’ve ever been to. On one visit I sat in the drive through for 12 minutes only to find out at the window their coffee machine was broken, maybe you could have told me this sooner!!! I left upset and without a free coffee certificate that managers are given to distribute during situations like this. On my most recent visit; my order was incorrect, my four hot drinks came without a jacket or drink carrier and when I asked for these items the barista rolled her eyes at me. Oh, did I mention I waited 15 minutes for my order!!! AND while waiting I noticed how filthy the floor was! Virtually EVERY tile on the floor had some sort of crumb on it. Ladies and gentlemen it was 7:15am, that tells me they didn’t clean up last night or this morning.
